Primal Kyogre is one of the most prominent wallbreakers in the Ubers tier with high offensive stats and good bulk. With its physical attacking set, Kyogre is able to circumvent its usual checks such as Primal Groudon and Blissey with its powerful attacks and extensive coverage. Kyogre's ability to dent support Primal Groudon, defensive Necrozma-DM, Lugia, Blissey, Zygarde-C, Arceus-Water, and Ho-Oh means Kyogre's best matchup is against bulkier teams. Though this set is common, you can opt to bluff you're using another Kyogre set in order to slam a would-be check like Blissey with a strong Liquidation. Because Primal Groudon nullifies Liquidation with its Desolate Land, teammates that can deal with it such as Arceus-Ground and Zygarde-C make good partners. Ferrothorn is a big problem for this Kyogre set, so Pokemon that can beat it are valued. Primal Groudon with Fire-type coverage handles Ferrothorn and also forms a great wallbreaking core with Kyogre. Setup sweepers like Geomancy Xerneas and Necrozma-DM value Kyogre's ability to break walls so they can more easily sweep.

Slightly Disagree with the Giratina-A mention, it is ev’d to avoid the 3hko with leftovers from Adamant Ice Beam and Rest off the damage, it takes a quite a bit of conditioning before Kyogre is able to break it down.

The best offensive partner is obviously geomancy Xerneas due to its ability to eliminate blobs
