Maybe Roman Will Lose Since LA Knight Is The Hottest Storm in WWE. I mean you seen Cena get lots of pushes. Other matches I am not sure.
Yeah he won't drop it (thought i'm here for that 1000000% - like Roman don't get me wrong (he is the biggest star WWE got and his character work is top notch) but the absentee champ stuff is old we went through it for what? a decade with brock/goldberg?) Solo/Jimmy will probably cost LA Knight and they'll go with their top face vs the Bloodline (mainly Solo, maybe ending up in a tag, idk maybe with KO?) while Roman is reportedly taking time off till Rumble after Crown Jewel. since i think most still think it's cody v. roman at mania and it finally changes hands.

Thought it was a really good episode - if only the crowd was hotter for more of the midcard stuff like DIY vs Creeds. Seth vs Sami was a PPV quality main event and a rare Raw main event that didn't feature some combination of Judgment Day vs Seth/Sami/KO/Cody/Jey (until post-match lol) which was very refreshing.

i legit got no idea, i seen speculation of it being Merceds Mone (best option for the sell if it's any of the main 3 i've seen people speculate), one of the recent wwe releases guys (Ziggler, Benjamin, etc - tbf, not big news sorry Tony i think they could kill it but not big news, you'd have to re-present them a bit too), OR that they resigned MJF (very probable) and tbf makes sense since he's a face now.
some were saying Ospreay too but unless NJPW gave AEW (assuming knowing he'll still work with them) the okay since he's still under contract (no) that'd be seen as tampering, no?
Personally I think it's Mercedes joining AEW or MJF resigning (though I'm sure that'd make some AEW critics be like "If it was MJF he'd be there anyway so why is it a deal they're there? he's got matches that night lol). If it was someone like Ospreay i'd be impressed cus I won't act like I know the in and outs of contract legalities and if AEW & NJPW's friendly work relationship would/couldallow that. Nonetheless anyone else.
All for a (good) surprise though, not a "Tony Khan big announcement" tier surprise lmao (and again, i love AEW).

Mercedes does seem like the likeliest, but I wouldn't rule out someone like Katsuyori Shibata who hasn't officially signed a deal yet has been a familiar face on the show. It could've also been Ibushi but they randomly announced he was All Elite after Dynamite yesterday. It can't be any of the WWE releases because they're still doing their 90 days.
I really can't see it being MJF - they're going to play out that "his contract ends in January" angle until/after Worlds End and your hypothetical response that critics would have to it is probably what the universal reaction to it would be lol.
Would be really weird if it was Ospreay as he's still under contract with New Japan until next year like you said and is a reigning champion of theirs... Even if NJPW were somehow okay with it and it wasn't a breach of his deal with them (not sure if tampering even exists in wrestling but if it did, this would definitely be considered it), this would be an odd time and place to announce it.

They could be taking about Will Osperay, since WWE has been trying to get the wrestler. If it ain't him, I don't know who it it could be.

Dolph and all released around then ain't up till late December.
However Dave Meltzer did say that because of AEW & NJPW's relationship they wouldn't stand in the way of a Will Ospreay announcement either. (Maybe not 100% true, but it does make some sense cus I'd imagine Will [if he was to sign with AEW] would plan on still doing NJPW and etc as well). So take that for what you will. (Made me laugh like "Wow i just thought that same thing last night?" [hell even posted it] lol)
Edit: Random thought I had, since "No one knows who the Devil is" in AEW now, what if they started doing an angle that whenever you see em it's OBVIOUSLY a different person 3-4 times and have almost like a faction against MJF tryna tear him down when all sides are unveiled?

Not that he'd probably be told if it was her, but SRS from Fightful reported that company sources told hm it won't be her.
And PWInsider reported earlier today that NJPW gave him their blessing to explore contract opportunities with other promotions (so it wouldn't be 'tampering' after all!). I suppose AEW could have come in and sign a contract that doesn't officially kick in until his NJPW contract ends in February.
So now I'm really thinking it'll be Ospreay or someone unexpected...
As for the Devil stuff, I do hope they reveal it at Full Gear because I'm getting kind of sick/bored of the angle - though your idea sounds cool and would give it some new intrigue.
