Locking now as I've updated the OP to reflect everything that's relevant now. There were some matches that ended up going null, either because neither have scheduled or because no replays were posted. There were also quite a few activity decisions, all of which can be outlined in the OP. As for the replays, the OP explicitly and clearly states that replays are required for your matches to count.
