PU Analysis Reservation Index (PM mods with any suggestions)

camerupt is done (I think anty got it already), taking dusknoir and masquerain. I've already written 2 grumpig analyses
edit: thought the guy above me ran out of time to post the skeleton, I will wait and if it's not done and I remember in a week or something I'll take it

Audino was reserved a while ago by mag, but I don't see its PU analysis uploaded anywhere or a WiP, so is it fair game?

also picking up chinchou since it was reassigned which I assume is ok
 
Will Lampent, Mienfoo, Scraggy, and Slowpoke be available to reserve or do you guys cut the line at D rank like NU if the Pokemon isn't PU

They might be in the future, but right now there are a lot of fully evolved Pokemon that really need revamps, so they are a priority
 
And I'll be taking lapras since my other two have been dead for a while
 
I think I'll try Wigglytuff. I remember playing with Wigglytuff, and Jigglypuff is my favorite Pokemon, so I think these next few weeks will actually be fun.
