PU on the ladder

Pu would be drastically different to NU, and I think it deserves its own tier that is not only with friends. NU is a tier for finding out new stuff, but PU would make things like togekiss (random choice, since it does have half-decent stats, especially for PU) viable and as before would be very different and after a while I think would deserve its own sub-forum and stats etc.

Thoughts?

There's the Other Metagames forum, if it becomes popular enough this might get looked at but the odds of that are about zero because we're having enough trouble maintaining interest in four tiers let alone five.

In addition to what Pwnemon said, most Pokemon that are good in PU are just as good in NU. This is why PU is constantly changing - a lot of Pokemon can be used successfully in NU, and the area around the cutoff shifts almost daily.

Also, nitpicking, but Togekiss is UU.

and what arcticblast said is correct, a good portion of "PU" mons are very good in NU.
