Tournament PUPL IV Official Admin Thread

This thread will consist of all announcements, rulings, and other decision-making that will occur for the PUPL IV. This thread will also contain the schedule and any trades that may occur.

Managers, please give me your week one lineups at your earliest convenience, as the sooner I can have them all compiled, the more likely we can start on time. After week one, if you miss a lineup submission before the week is posted, I will be reusing your previous week's lineup. Even if you're using your previous week's lineup, please PM me it anyways so that I can be certain on what you want the lineup to be. All lineups should be submitted a full day before the next week is to start.

As for trades, if you guys want any to be made official, please PM me your details. As managers, I also expect explicit agreement outlined between both you and your competitor if you expect it to be made official.

In the match between honchkrow and amber lamps during Week 1, a Ninjask was used by the Destructive Dedennes in their BW game. Ninjask is NU in Gen5, and as done in the past, the Marxist Marowaks will be given the DQ win due to the use of an illegal mon.

Please double-check your teams in the older gens to prevent something like this from happening again.

Re: June Tier Changes

Due to the fact that the drops happened right as a new week is starting, SM PU will be frozen pre-shift for Week 4. This should give the council time to quickly analyze any potential quickbans and everyone else time to properly process the changes for Week 5.
