AG [QC 0/2] Sticky Web Ribombee

[SET]
Sticky Web (Ribombee) @ Focus Sash/ Choice Scarf
Ability: Shield Dust
Tera Type: Ghost / Steel
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Sticky Web
- Moonblast
- Stun Spore / Skill Swap
- Pounce / Quiver Dance/ Trick

[SET COMMENTS]
Ribombee is the best Sticky Webs setter in AG thanks to its speed tier letting it outspeed and avoid Taunt from Arceus forms, and Fairy typing which makes it immune to Koraidon's Scale Shot. Moonblast is a consistent STAB move that allows it to threaten Pokemon like Miraidon and Grimmsnarl that may try to Taunt it. Stun Spore and Pounce both lower the opposing Pokemon's speed, which allows Ribombee's allies to switch in safely without worrying about the opposing Pokemon outspeeding. Pounce allows a safer alternative to Stun Spore, while also avoid Taunt from the likes of Arceus-Ground, although Stun Spore annoys Ho-Oh better. Skill Swap can be used to allow Ribombee to set up Sticky Web in front of Magic Bounce Hatterene.Alternatively, Quiver Dance can be used to boost the power of Ribombee's Moonblast, allowing it to break Substitute from Zacian-Crowned, and deal with Tera Steel Koraidon that may attempt to set up in front of the bee. Tera Ghost gives Ribombee an immunity to Extreme Speed from Arceus, while Tera Steel provides an immunity to Glimmora's Mortal Spin, while still keeping a resistance to Extreme Speed. 4

Common hyper offense Pokemon such as Koraidon, Zacian-Crowned, and Arceus-Ground greatly benefit from Ribombee's webs to add. Glimmora can also be used to provide the team with Spikes support, while punishing physical attacks such as Dual Wingbeat, U-turn, and Flare Blitz from Koraidon, Sacred Fire from Ho-Oh, and Extreme Speed from Arceus, by setting up Toxic Spikes. It also provides hazard control support through Mortal Spin, clearing away Spikes that may have been set by Ting-Lu in front of Ribombee, while its Poison typing allows it to clear Toxic Spikes from Eternatus, since their teammates tend to be vulnerable to entry hazards, .

===================
**Heavy-Duty Boots**: is a very common item, with many naturally fast Pokemon running Boots, nullifying the effect of Sticky Webs entirely.

**Taunt users**: Taunt prevents Ribombee from setting up Sticky Web; however, the most common Taunt users of Miraidon, Deoxys-S, and Grimmsnarl must all be wary of Moonblast.

**Glimmora**: Glimmora directly counters Ribombee, as it resists Moonblast and uses Mortal Spin to remove Sticky Web.

**Hatterene**: Hatterene's Magic Bounce ability prevents Ribombee from setting up Sticky Web, and is able to break Ribombee's Focus Sash. It has to be wary of Skill Swap and Quiver Dance-boosted Moonblast.

[OVERVIEW]
Due to its good speed and typing, Ribombee is the only viable webs setter. Its 124 Speed allows it to avoid Taunt from Arceus, while its Fairy typing discourages Miraidon and Grimmsnarl trying to Taunt the bee, as well as preventing Koraidon from using Scale Shot to OHKO Ribombee. These traits allow Ribombee to safely set webs up in front of the various metagame threats. (pokemon that only have one set don't need overview since it'll be redundant, so i suggest you cut the entire overview. besides, this section has a lot of issues and i would probably have you rewrite more than half of it. regardless some points are worth keeping in Set Comments, i'll let you know which)

[SET]
Sticky Web (Ribombee) @ Focus Sash / Choice Scarf
Ability: Shield Dust
Tera Type: Ghost / Steel
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Sticky Web
- Moonblast
- Stun Spore / Skill Swap Baton Pass
- Pounce / Quiver Dance / Trick
(we agreed to not do separate set for scarf but it's good enough to not just be OO. also, baton pass feels less useful than skill swap since it lets you bypass magic bounce hatterene and baton pass won't be very useful against whirlwind hooh, it can be mentioned in other options)

[SET COMMENTS]
Ribombee is the best Sticky Webs setter in AG thanks to its speed tier letting it outspeed and avoid Taunt from Arceus forms, and Fairy typing which makes it immune to Koraidon's Scale Shot. Ribombee's primary role is to set up Sticky Web, enabling teammates like Calyrex-Shadow to outspeed every other viable Pokemon, excluding opposing Scarf Calyrex-Shadow. (reused from overview. caly's most common set is hdb so the latter part isn't really useful. this is also more of a teammates thing so changed this.) Moonblast is a consistent STAB move that allows it to threaten Pokemon like Miraidon, and Grimmsnarl, and Deoxys-S that may try to Taunt it. (you'd wanna pounce deo-s otherwise you can't get webs up, not to mention moonblast fails to 2hko max hp deos so they get hazards up while preventing webs) Stun Spore and Pounce both lower the opposing Pokemon's speed, which allows Ribombee's allies to switch in safely without worrying about the opposing Pokemon outspeeding. (mention skill swap helping vs magic bounce hatterene. explain the difference b/w them, pounce can be used vs taunt users and is safer due to not risking stun spore miss vs smth like taunt dd groundy. stun spore annoys hooh) Alternatively, Quiver Dance can be used to boost the power of Ribombee's Moonblast, with Baton Pass to pass the positive stat boosts onto allies such as Miraidon and Calyrex-Shadow. (quiver dance is mainly used for boosting moonblast to let it break sub from zac-c and tera steel korai that may try to setup on ribom, also mention 2hkoing hatterene at +1) Tera Ghost gives Ribombee an immunity to Extreme Speed from Arceus, while Tera Steel provides an immunity to Glimmora's Mortal Spin, while still keeping a resistance to Extreme Speed. However, it does make Ribombee weak to Fighting moves from Koraidon. (not really impactful because it just clicks flare blitz regardless. losing scale shot immunity can be a demerit of both teras otherwise no need to mention.)

(mention scarf and trick, scarf lets you outspeed stuff like taunt deos mirai and trick can cripple glimmora and stall mons etc. the demerit of scarf could be a shakier mu vs zac and still being outsped by jolly scarf korai and scarf caly)

Paragraph 2:
Common hyper offense Pokemon such as Koraidon, Zacian-Crowned, and Arceus-Ground greatly benefit from Ribombee's webs as they essentially gain +1 speed, with improves their ability to sweep the opponent's team after setting up. (nothing really useful. the +1 speed part is super fluff and not much of value. mention calys too, how caly zac and groundy after a dd don't have to worry about being revenge killed by scarf users like korai, and calys in groundy's case) Additionally, special attackers like Calyrex-Shadow benefit from the stat boosts from Quiver Dance that Ribombee can Baton Pass. Glimmora can also be used to provide the team with Spikes support, while punishing physical attacks (mention examples like korai dwb/uturn/fblitz hooh sfire ekiller espeed) by setting up Toxic Spikes through its ability Toxic Debris. (fluff) It also provides hazard control support through Mortal Spin, as their teammates tend to be vulnerable to entry hazards most of its teammates prefer not to run Heavy-Duty Boots. (could mention glimmora taking on tspikes set by etern and spikes from lu vs ribom, which often try to set them on ribom)

Choice Scarf can be used over Focus Sash to guarantee that webs are set up in front of Miraidon and Deoxys-S, while using Trick or Switcheroo to cripple opposing Pokemon attempting to set up on it or opposing stall teams. Although in theory it is at the risk of being OHKOed by Choice Scarf Koraidon, the risk of Focus Sash is enough to keep Koraidon from attempting to OHKO Ribombee. (scarf is much more worthy than just an OO mention. instead you can mention here stuff like baton pass, psynoise/psychic for glimmora)

**Heavy-Duty Boots**: is a very common item, with many naturally fast Pokemon running Boots, nullifying the effect of Sticky Webs entirely. (mention what hdb users though. calys and mirai mainly. think u can also add ditto not caring about webs drop here)

(add a line about hatt needing to be cautious of skill swap or qd boosted moonblast)
