[QC 1/2] Choice Band Rillaboom

[SET]
name: Choice Band
move 1: Wood Hammer
move 2: Grassy Glide
move 3: High Horsepower
move 4: Knock Off / Superpower
item: Choice Band
ability: Grassy Surge
nature: Adamant
EVs: 120 HP / 228 Atk / 104 SpD / 56 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
Rillaboom is a premier threat of the metagame, boasting incredible offensive capabilities with already strong STAB options that are only further enhanced by Grassy Surge. Wood Hammer breaks through Pokemon such as Primarina, both Urshifu formes, and Sylveon whilst Grassy Glide handles faster Pokemon that would otherwise be threatening to Rillaboom such as Diggersby, non-bulky invested Galarian Darmanitan, and Choice item Porygon-Z. High Horsepower allows Rillaboom to hit Pokemon such as Magnezone, Dracozolt, and Dragalge, while Knock Off defeats Choice item Celebi and usually non-Counter Alolan Marowak. Superpower is also an option to hit Zarude and Duraludon. The EV spread ensures Rillaboom will always survive Hyper Beam from Modest Choice Specs Magnezone and Close Combat from Choice Band non-Counter Sawk, whilst the speed investment enables Rillaboom to outspeed neautral nature base 60s such as Magnezone and fast Sylveon. An alternative spread of 240 HP / 224 Atk / 44 SpD can also be used to guarantee a winning matchup against non-Counter Alolan Marowak at the cost of not outspeeding the aforementioned neautral nature base 60s.

Rillaboom's limited coverage options puts it in a position that sports a tremendous weakness to majority of Dragon-types such as Haxorus and Kommo-o, Fire-types such as Arcanine and Rotom-H, and Flying-types such as Togekiss and Skarmory. Whilst it will be difficult to cover all of these weaknesses with one Pokemon, generally solid team options include Zeraora, Taunt Haxorus, and Water-types such as Primarina and defensive Rotom-W. If paired with a Water-type Pokemon, consider Fire-types as a third team member since Fire + Water + Grass cores generally make for very solid teams due to the synergy presented via typing. Despite incredible offensive pressure, Rillaboom is incapable of breaking past extremely bulky threats such as Chansey and Galarian Corsola. Because of this, Choice-item Pokemon with access to trick such as Porygon-Z, Rotom-H and Gardevoir make for good teammates as they are able to deal with the aforementioned threats.

Oh god nothing screams 'outdated after the first few weeks' like CB Rillaboom
[SET]
name: Choice Band
move 1: Wood Hammer
move 2: Grassy Glide
move 3: High Horsepower / Superpower
move 4: Superpower / Knock Off so in retrospect knock off is less useful, and high horsepower is more useful. Basically knock off only gains you non-counter maro, and even then high horsepower already does well against that mu. the other mons listed for knock off are pretty meh. High Horsepower on the other hand is a clean KO for mons like Scarf Dracozolt and Dragalge

Add High Horsepower here. Superpower serves as coverage for Magnezone, Duraludon, and Zarude, whilst Knock Off defeats Choice Band Dragapult, super irrelevant Choice item Celebi, and usually non-Counter Alolan Marowak. The EV spread ensures Rillaboom will always survive Hyper Beam from Modest Choice Specs Magnezone and a Close Combat from Choice Band non-Counter Sawk, whilst the speed investment enables Rillaboom to outspeed neautral nature base 60s such as Magnezone and fast Sylveon. An alternative spread of 232 HP / 224 Atk / 4 Def / 48 SpD 240 HP / 224 Atk / 44 SpD optimized can also be used to guarantee a winning matchup against non-Counter Alolan Marowak at the cost of not outspeeding the aforementioned neautral nature base 60s.

tag me when implemented

Alakazam implemented, though I adjusted the move orders slightly with slashes. High Horsepower should be by itself given that it hits more relevant targets than superpower and knock off. I also feel like knock off deserves to go first. I find celebi to me a more relevant mon than duraludon / zarude
