Quick question about Beneton Movie GIF

If this is wrongly posted, go ahead and lock. Didn't see a Q&A thread (maybe someone should start one).

That aside, I remember from AGES ago when I used to sprite on my computer, that there was a way to make sprites/images glow in Beneton Movie GIF. By glow, I mean change colours in a specific order, so it was rainbowy/glowy. Not a very good description, but I'm hoping someone will understand.

Now, how do I do it again?
