To explain for anyone reading: Before round 5, I counterswitched to Pupitar in response to Toon's switch phase. I thought that marked me as the last person to switch, meaning I couldn't switch on the next round. However, the rule cares about who started a switch phase last, so it's Toon who cannot switch. This means that they can't switch to Electrelk for round 6, leaving Ditto in against Pupitar.
