We tried making a pun for Raging Bolt, but no jokes could get over its head! Raging Bolt is a perfect addition to any balanced team, providing key resistances to metagame titans like Ogerpon-W and Rillaboom, priority with Thunderclap, and fantastic stats that allow it to serve as a threatening Calm Mind sweeper. The given EV spread allows Raging Bolt to survive an Icicle Crash from Chien-Pao and outspeed Rillaboom. Tera Fairy inverts Raging Bolt's Dragon weakness, letting it take on Gouging Fire, Regidrago, and opposing Raging Bolt far more comfortably as well as other threats such as Chien-Pao and Landorus-I. Rillaboom provides Fake Out support for safe Calm Mind boosts, and Grassy Surge passively heals Raging Bolt and weakens Earthquake. Damage mitigation tactics like Incineroar's Intimidate + Parting Shot or Alolan Ninetales's Aurora Veil both assist Raging Bolt with taking hits and dishing out harder ones. Fairy-types like Diancie, Whimsicott, and Tera Fairy Indeedee-F can wall Raging Bolt if they manage to disregard Thunderclap, so Fairy-type checks like Gholdengo and Landorus-I are great teammates with Raging Bolt. Ogerpon-W and Rillaboom can threaten Ground-types, notably Ting-Lu, that give Raging Bolt a great deal of trouble.

• speed control feels like an unusual way to word priority attacks re: thunderclap, I know it's often used in singles contexts but I feel like I'd rather just have it say priority attacks, since speed control is a pretty defined terminology in our community re: tailwind, trick room, icy wind, and so on.
• bolt has a reasonable matchup into ursa-b already, especially with rillaboom that you mention later - the tera helps a little bit but there's also the danger of it just clicking blood moon. not sure it needs to be listed, chien-pao is really the main threat here. clef is an issue in theory, but it's not used at all. you could mention arch - the defensive profile vs it is better overall w/ tera imo considering this is a cm set.
