She knows she's not good in sustained brawls, so her preferred method of fighting is to get in, dash at impressive speeds, hit the enemy before they know what's up, and then go back to the safety of the other side of the field, possibly even of the Ball.
She doesn't look the part, but she's a big eater, apparently because running faster drains one's energy reserves faster. I think she's just a bit of a glutton...
