Actually, Dragonite is an amazing Pokemon on a rain team. It can run special or physical variants on them. Physical can run Waterfall, while special run thunder and hurricane.

I perfer this Jirachi set more. I actually used your set, and if you choose not to go with this set, then at least add wish to Jirachi as Cosmic Power + Wish is a REAL troll. Anyways, a more suited Jirachi (in my opinion, as people will roar/whirlwind Jirachi out)
No offense, but why are you using Scrafty? You can use anything else on this team, and you chose that?!
How about Virizion? It has a much better speed, fighting and grass typing (helps with bulky water types).
You have no physical walls?! You defenitly need to replace Volcarona for one. Ferrothorn makes a great partner with Latias. It can eat ice/dragon type attacks and be a fairly good wall cores for this team.
