There is absolutely no doubt that you're GUARANTEED to be on a team that knows what they're doing and have a great shot at the title if you end up with us. With open manager signups, competition is getting fiercer. My DMs are open to all who are interested in being a Zygarde (roginald on discord), especially to those who I do not already know! Don't be shy, you could be the difference that we attribute our success to.

Ladder ratings, tournament results and anything else you have to show me what you've got is strongly recommended and if I'm interested, I'll even offer some tryouts if needed.

Lets bring home 3 RBTT trophies in a row, and have the best time doing it.

These manager pair selections have got to be a joke. At first, I thought that its better to stay silent and let it pass, but on reconsidering it, I think it sets a dangerous precedent for the future. From what I understand, there are two primary qualities that the host looks for in any manager that has signed up.
Competence and experience in said tiers
Team chemistry /Ability to lead a team

One can argue about the weightage of said qualities, but everyone agrees that these are what every manager should have at the bare minimum. If you sign up to manage, it means that you back yourself in both these departments. Its then the host's job to use their best judgement to pick the best out of the bunch, for the overall health and success of the tournament. That does not seem to be the case here.

One look at the manager pairs, and anyone that has been keeping up with RBTT in recent times will tell you that something is off.
 
Cleaned up the thread a bit. The above post is a copypasta, but if anyone's dissatisfied with the manager selection this year, know that given it's our first year of open signups, we wanted to accept people from a variety of backgrounds to explicitly not just have all the same auth manage again. We take more than sheer merit or results into account, up to and including the demeanor of the managers in competitive discussions.
