Ranking every Pokemon based on how easily a person could beat them in a fight [UPDATED WITH GEN 5 MONS]

I updated the list with gen 2 mons. I also bumped up Magikarp to 50/50, because if it bounces up before you can hit it, you'd be killed due to the impact. However, if it doesn't jump, it's unable to do any harm to you, or if you avoid its path of impact you would win as well.
Are you sure about that? Here are some canon feats from the anime showing the true extent of Magikarp's power. Could you beat this Magikarp in a fight, or even do any damage to it? At best it would be a tie and that's only if you don't even engage it in battle.

I'm going to suggest we move Mr. Mime to 50/50 because with only a base 65 Defence Stat it would either be severely wounded or faint to one punch, so as long as you're able to hit it before it sees you, you should have the upper hand.

I think unfavorable is exactly where it should be, because it is true that if you can get a hit in you'll probably do some major damage Mr. Mime is notorious for it's proficiency with psychic barriers, you might think that clearly you have the upper hand only to find your fist smash up against an invisible wall instead of making contact with your foe.
It's certainly defeatable, but you'd have to be crafty.

Question: When we say "easily beat", does that mean you come out alive? Because "Pineco hangs from a tree branch and patiently waits for prey to come along. If the Pokémon is disturbed while eating by someone shaking its tree, it drops down to the ground and explodes with no warning." That means it uses either Self Destruct or Explosion, with both just murdering you.

2 things.
1. YAY gen 3-5
2. But like how do you beat something that literally has lava as blood?
Magma of almost 2,200 degrees Fahrenheit courses through its body. When it grows cold, the magma hardens and slows it. (Numel)

plain and simple you lower the temperature of its surroundings so that the latter happens, then you beat it to the ice age and back
