Rape My Team.

dpmba094.png

Gengar@Focus Sash
252 Sp. Atk/ 252 Speed/4 Hp
Hasty
-Counter
-Explosion
-Shadow Ball
-Hypnosis

The basic idea here is to counter on an opening attack then exploding on the next. Hypnosis is for things that want to set up, and shadow ball to hit ghosts that dodge explosion. (Is crap in sand)

dpmba003.png

Venasaur@Leftovers
252 Hp/ 252 Sp. Def/ 6 Speed
Bold
-Sleep Powder
-Leech Seed
-Sludge Bomb
-Energy Ball

My mix wall, sleeper, and seeder. Bold helps out the lower Def stat so I put 252 in Sp. Def to help balance it out. Pretty basic poke.

dpmbsa110.png

Weezing@ Leftovers
252 Hp/ 252 Def/ 6 Sp. Atk
Bold
-Will-o-Wisp/Haze
-Fire Blast
-Thunder/Sludge Bomb
-Pain Split

Defensive wall, counters Lucario, Breloom (after it sleeps something), Heracross, basically most fighting/bug types. I like the burn with WoW for Garchomp to take hits better. Thunder for Gyara and useful para at times.

dpmba145.png

Zapdos@ Leftovers
252 Sp. Atk/ 252 Speed/ 6 Hp
Modest
-Roost
-Metal Sound
-Thunderbolt
-Hp Ice

Special sweeper. Modest because I found the extra speed with timid wasn't very helpful. Bolt/Beam coverage, metal sounds to force switches and wear down sp walls. Roost is there for recovery and blocking ice beams.

dpmba143.png

Snorlax@Leftovers
232 Hp/ 252 Sp. Def/ 28 Def
Thick Fat
Careful
-Rest
-Sleep Talk
-Crunch
-Body Slam

Special wall, counters most sp sweepers nicely. Body slam provided great para and crunch hits the ghosts and physics.

dpmba130.png

Gyarados@ Life Orb
252 Atk/ 72 Hp/ 184 Speed
Adamant
-Dragon Dance
-Waterfall
-Stone Edge
-Bite

Love this thing late game, still decently bulky, but quick enough to take out incoming starmies that come in with bite. Stone edge for other flyers and I've alos found that bite is invaluable and makes this thing a lot better as a sweeper.

Anyways rate away, tear it apart. I'm open for almost all changes.

I count 5 pokemon.

hmm.... np azelf outspeeds every pokemon on your team, and after a nasty plot, OHKO's all of them. in the last slot, a resttalking snorlax could go as a sleep absorber, pursuiter, paralysis spreader, etc, etc. cause once zapdos is faster than everything, shit is gonna get torn up. I'd also scarf gengar and keep him out of the lead, to have a decently fast revenge killer. switching venusaur gets you stealth rock support, which is always nice, and celebi and snorlax complement each other decently, snorlax easily taking fire and ice attacks (which are usually special) aimed at celebi while celebi takes fighting (primarily physical) attacks aimed at snorlax. since weezing and celebi wall primarily the same stuff, you can switch weezing for something like anti-lead gallade, as you don't really have a set-in-stone lead at the moment. gallade gives you a guy who can set up as well as a good matchup to other leads. so, in summary..

change venusaur to a stealth rocking celebi

scarf gengar

change weezing with gallade and put him in the lead

add a resttalking pursuit/body slam snorlax.

I don't remember the exact ev spread and moveset, but it's something like

gallade @ lum berry
nature: adamant
evs: prolly just 252/ 252 attack/speed
- swords dance
- shadow sneak
- ice punch
- close combat

or something like that. it actually works decently well as a lead.

Ice punch and shadow sneak are illegal on the same set, the first is a 3rd gen move tutor, the second is a 4th gen egg move.

The team seems quite solid to me.

Props on using Venusaur and Weezing.

I really think Focus Blast is WAY more useful than Coutner on Gengar. Takes care of Scarftrans, Tyranitar (w/out having to die while countering) etc etc.

I agree with Stathakis, Celebi would be much better over Venusaur, CBLax with Pursuit would help with Ghost/Psychic/Deoxys weakness tremendously.

The lack of a steel is very very scary, since Garchomp or even a Staraptor can destroy this entire team. Bronzong, Skarmory, Metagross (scarfgross or even Agility would be ideal) > Weezing would be a great addition to the team.

will post later i have to go

Gallade hurts your team quite badly.

Gengar vs Gallade-
Gallade uses Shadow sneak(priority)
Gengar lost 100% hp
Gengar was OHKO'd!

Gallade vs Venusaur
Gallade uses SD
Venusaur uses leech seed( assuming that you've already put a poke to sleep)
Gallade uses Psycho cut!
Venusaur was OHKO'd!

Gallade vs Weezing
Gallade uses Psycho cut!
Weezing was OHKO'd(with no SD!)

Gallade vs Snorlax
Gallade uses Close combat!
Snorlax was OHKO'd!

you don't have to believe me, as I didn't run calculations, but I run a Gallade SD set, and trust me, once four of your pokemon are gone you are screwed.

You should stop rating teams cause you fail terribly at it. Look at my Gengar, hmm sash + counter, so Gallade Shadow Sneaks then dies, real nice sweep. If you think I have a problem make a goddamn suggestion, pointing out a poke that can give me trouble really serves me no purpose. Please gtfo the rmt boards.
