Swords Dance Galarian Rapidash looks to use its amazing Speed tier and decent power to both wallbreak and clean late-game. High Horsepower provides good coverage alongside Galarian Rapidash's STAB moves and allows it to take out certain Pokemon that would take a +2 STAB move, such as Klinklang, Galarian Stunfisk, and Perrserker. A Life Orb is required to give Galarian Rapidash as much power as possible, allowing it to achieve some feats such as OHKOing Clefairy and Galarian Stunfisk and 2HKOing Cofagrigus after a boost. Pastel Veil allows Galarian Rapidash to avoid poison from Toxic, which lets it set up on Clefairy in a pinch, although this should only be done if they have been scouted to confirm they are not running Thunder Wave.

Galarian Rapidash should look to clean up once Choice Scarf users and physical walls have been removed. Galarian Rapidash still struggles to break some of the tier's bulkier walls such as Cofagrigus and Ferroseed even at +2, so early-game wallbreakers like Abomasnow and Drampa are good teammates. Galarian Rapidash can also act as an emergency Fighting-type switch-in for them. A solid check to common Choice Scarf users such as Togedemaru, Toxicroak, and Sawk is greatly appreciated. Sandaconda and Golurk are options that check Toxicroak while also forcing out Togedemaru. They also set Stealth Rock, which can aid Galarian Rapidash in its quest to clean up once the opposition has been weakened. Bulky Spikes setters such as Garbodor and Ferroseed are good partners as well, as many of the physical threats that stop Galarian Rapidash, such as Cofagrigus and Ferroseed, will be worn down quickly by Spikes. Galarian Rapidash is quite frail, so getting it in can be challenging. Pivots such as Choice Scarf Togedemaru, Silvally-Water, and Rotom-S are good teammates as a result.

Galarian Rapidash's decent STAB combination and coverage as well as its great Speed make it a viable Choice Scarf user in NU. Galarian Rapidash's Speed tier is especially useful, as it allows Galarian Rapidash to outrun some of the fastest Pokemon in the metagame, such as +1 Silvally formes and Choice Scarf Togedemaru. Psycho Cut is preferred over Zen Headbutt, as it doesn't miss out on too many notable KOs, is perfectly accurate, and will notably not activate Garbodor's Aftermath. High Horsepower provides the best coverage alongside Galarian Rapidash's STAB attacks, as it hits Steel-types such as Togedemaru, Galarian Stunfisk, Klinklang, and Perrserker hard, although only Togedemaru will be OHKOed. Healing Wish allows for Rapidash to bring a teammate back to full health if it has been chipped significantly already and get something in for free if Galarian Rapidash isn't needed anymore.

Choice Scarf Rapidash is a good choice for teams that need a revenge killer for +1 Silvally formes and benefit from Healing Wish support. Galarian Rapidash is stopped cold by most of the tier's physical walls, with Cofagrigus, Ferroseed, and Piloswine all taking little damage from it. As such, a wallbreaker is needed to circumvent this. Drampa, Abomasnow, and Toxicroak are all options in this department, with the former two also appreciating Galarian Rapidash's 4x resistance to Fighting. All three of the above also run coverage to hit the Steel-types that Galarian Rapidash dislikes facing. Pokemon that appreciate Healing Wish include Defog Silvally formes, hit-and-run wallbreakers such as Abomasnow, Perrserker, and Indeedee-F, and even walls without reliable recovery such as Cofagrigus. Wallbreakers that can also clean late-game such as Swords Dance Silvally formes and Nasty Plot Toxicroak appreciate Galarian Rapidash's Healing Wish, as it gives them more flexibility to wallbreak early-game and clean late-game thanks to them not having to worry as much about being slowly chipped down over the course of the game.

Galarian Rapidash's decent STAB combination and coverage as well as its blisteringly fast speed make it a viable Choice Scarf user in NU. Galarian Rapidash's speed Speed tier is especially useful, as it allows it to outrun some of the fastest Pokemon in the metagame, such as +1 Silvally forms formes and Choice Scarf Togedemaru. Psycho Cut is preferred over Zen Headbutt, as it doesn't miss out on too many notable KOs, is 100% accurate, and will notably not activate Garbodor's Aftermath. High Horsepower provides the best coverage alongside Galarian Rapidash's STAB attacks, as it hits Steel-types such as Togedemaru, Galarian Stunfisk, Klinklang, and Perrserker hard, although only Togedemaru will be OHKOed. Healing Wish allows for Rapidash to bring a teammate back to full health if it has been chipped significantly already and get something in for free if it isn't needed anymore. Megahorn can also be used to OHKO Indeedee, but it doesn't do much outside of that. (not worth it because of the incredibly limited scope of targets + Healing Wish is far too mandatory; it's most of this set's reason to be used) Pastel Veil is the preferred ability to avoid Toxic from walls such as Piloswine and Clefairy. (neither of these matchups are favored for Galarian Rapidash at all, plus the other two abilities are so useless that it should be obvious to anyone that you pick this one)

Choice Scarf Rapidash is a good choice for teams that need a revenge killer for +1 Silvally formes and benefit from Healing Wish support Silvally's and Choice Scarf Togedemaru that can also pressure certain bulky Pokemon such as Garbodor and Silvally-Dragon. Galarian Rapidash is stopped cold by most of the tier's physical walls, with Cofagrigus, Ferroseed, and Piloswine all taking little damage from it. As such, a strong wallbreaker is needed to circumvent this. Drampa, Abomasnow, and Toxicroak are all options in this department, with the former two also appreciating Galarian Rapidash's 4x resistance to Fighting. All three of the above also usually (this isn't a matter of usually; they always will) run coverage to hit the Steel-types that Galarian Rapidash dislikes facing. Pokemon that have a habit of taking a lot of chip over the course of a match appreciate Galarian Rapidash healing them up with Healing Wish if it comes to that. Pokemon that appreciate this include Defog Silvally forms, Hit and run wallbreakers such as Abomasnow, Perrserker, and Indeedee, or even bulky walls without reliable recovery, such as Cofagrigus. (the examples you have here are fine enough, but I think it'd be better to stress the relation with wallbreakers that have late-game cleaning potential, a la Swords Dance Silvally formes and Nasty Plot Toxicroak)

Swords Dance Galarian Rapidash looks to use its amazing speed Speed tier and decent power to both wallbreak and clean in the late game late-game. High Horsepower provides good coverage alongside Galarian Rapidash's STAB moves and allows it to take out certain Pokemon that would live a +2 STAB move, such as Klinklang, Galarian Stunfisk, and Perrserker. A Life Orb is required to give Galarian Rapidash as much power as possible, and it allows it to achieve some feats such as OHKOing Clefairy and Galarian Stunfisk as well as 2HKOing Cofagrigus after a boost. (I'm fine with the mention of this here because you give good justification to the ability + it has a bit better application)

Galarian Rapidash should look to clean up once Choice Scarfers Scarf users and physical walls have been removed. Galarian Rapidash still struggles to break some of the tier's bulkier walls, such as Cofagrigus and Ferroseed, even at +2, so strong early-game(AH) wallbreakers such as Drampa and Abomasnow (Nasty Plot Rotom-S is pretty irrelevant) that can deal with them are highly recommended. This can take the form of something like Drampa or Nasty Plot Rotom forms. A solid answer that can slowly wear down and force switches onto common Choice Scarfers Scarf users such as Togedemaru, Rotom-S, and Indeedee Togedemaru, Toxicroak, and Indeedee-F is greatly appreciated. Sandaconda and Golurk are options that block Volt Switch from Rotom-S check Toxicroak (Choice Scarf Rotom-S is also very irrelevant) while also forcing out Togedemaru. They also sets set Stealth Rock, which can aid Galarian Rapidash in its quest to clean up once the opposition has been weakened. Bulky Spike Spikes setters such as Garbodor and Ferroseed are good partners as well, as many of the physical threats that stop Galarian Rapidash, such as Cofagrigus and Ferroseed, will be worn down quickly by Spikes. Galarian Rapidash is quite frail, so getting it in can be challenging. Choice Scarf Togedemaru allows teams to revenge kill weakened +1 Silvally forms (what does this mean?) while also getting Galarian Rapidash in safely via U-Turn U-turn. Other pivots such as Rotom-S and Silvally-Water work in this regard as well.
