Baton Pass

Zapdos is my lead. His job is to Agility and gain Speed, then pass it off to someone else, making them fast enough to set-up.

Recover

Celebi's job is to set up Calm Minds, obviously. With decent defences and Recover, Celebi can easily set up several of them, greatly strengthening my defensive core.

Gliscor handles the Attack boosts for the team. He can also Taunt to ruin PHazing attempts. Hyper Cutter>Sand Veil because I do NOT want to pass Attack drops.

252 HP/4 Def/252 Speed

Spider Web/Night Shade/Seismic Toss

Ingrain

Smeargle's job is to set up Ingrain for constant healing and to prevent PHazing. Spider Web keeps them trapped so I have more time to set up.

Baton Pass

Vaporeon is the last stop before my sweeper. She sets up 112 HP Subs and uses Wish to remove any entry hazard damage, or heal a set-up-er(?) for another go.

Inner Focus
252 Atk/196 Speed/60 SpAtk

Bullet Punch/Vacuum Wave
Close Combat
Crunch
HP Ice

After everything is set up, I go to this guy for the sweep. Boosted priority attacks hit hard and fast, CC is STAB, Crunch hits Psychics, and HP Ice is for Dragons and Gliscor.

Team Objective: If you can't figure it out, you shouldn't be trying to rate this team anyway. Stat up, then pass it all to Lucario for a sweep.

Main problem: Taunters.

Thanks for rating!

The thing about Baton Pass teams, is that criticals can wreck your chains. I see that you have a huge problem with Phazers. No surprise. A pure baton pass team is a gimmick imo, because if your chain breaks your screwed, but if it doesn't you win. Your team needs maybe 3 BPers at MAX. The main PHazers out there are Weezing and Skarmory, so let's start with them.
Fire blast hurts Skarmory and Weezing pretty bad, you do have an Infernape, he shouldn't be who you pass to though.
Let's see...a pokemon with general stats, maybe someone with a really high attack stat. How about you boost to a Garchomp?
Your Infernape can cover Skarm well, Weezing isn't much of a problem then either.
Taunters are also a HUGE problem..I see you listed them. Now you need a Counter for Gyarados, as he is one of the main taunters.
Hmm. You are in a dilemna arent you...
The basic idea is to scout out any pokemon that can be problems I.E Gyarados, Skarmory & Weezing and take them out, allowing you to set up and what not.

Skarmory will come out when he sees Ninjask, so if nothing comes out it's safe to assume that the opponent has no Skarmory, same goes for weezing.
You can bait Gyarados with a Skarmory, as most Tauntdos come out when they see Skarm.
Besides, you could use the spikes. I would go Skarm> Scizor, because Scizor just boosts Defense, which isn't really necessary. All you really need are a couple of SD's and Agilitys.

So anyways, Gyarados using taunt... pretty much anything that outspeeds its 328 speed and knows an electric attack can get the job done. You could always wear it down too, if you want to do that.
Once the threats are gone you can proceed to BPing and boosting whoever you like.

A sashed roserade starter can cause problems.

For one, you now have a single layer of Toxic Spikes out no matter what. This causes problems for your recipient, Infernape, as you now take 22.5% for every attack. Sand stream only adds to your problem. If you don't want to be hindered as badly by that, use either a grounded steel, a flying pokemon, or even something with a Lum Berry. A couple of suggestions include:

Metagross(Muscle band compliments it's neutral coverage with STAB and complimentary moves, has access to Bullet Punch)
Lucario(Expert Belt helps its wide variety of coverage and gets Vacuum Wave)

there are others, such as mamoswine, who has immunity to SS and Hail while also sporting STAB Ice Shard. A lum berry would be most required, or an Ariados(uhhhhhhh).

Your Smeargle gets taunted and dies like that. Give him at least one attacking move.

That's all for now

otherwise the team looks alright

Use Shed Shell on Smeargle as a faster Taunter will force you into Struggle. After a Ingrain you're unable to switch, so you'll basically just waste Smeargle pretty badly.

I suggest using Grass Knot on Celebi, as you'll need it to take care of Gyarados, a real common user of Taunt.
