Rate my beginner leaf green team

Hi for all of you :heart:

it's my first post on smogon , and im still a beginner , i never been in wifi battle before
so i need to get my leaf green team rated so i can start battling competitively

blissey (serious-since chansey is one of the rarest pokemon in the game , it's the best nature i could get ) sp tank

-softboiled
-refresh (so i can toxic pokemon with Synchronize without gettin toxiced)
-toxic (my sp.attack is weak ? no prob i can always poison the foe and take hits, takin out the foe without movin a muscle )
-psychic (for mean, nasty fighting types)

that's my team so i'd be thankful to get advices about moves or else since i still a beginner in battling others

Hello and welcome to Smogon.

You're team is lacking a couple of things. First off all, you didn't list any EV's and you are also missing descriptions for you pokemon. Take a look here to see how your team must look.
I also noticed that some of your pokemon are using outclassed sets. I think it's a good idea for you to check out the strategydex for inspiration.

EDIT: Seeing this team is Gen 4, you should post it in this subforum.
 
^ Gen 3, judging by "leaf green" in the title

This really isn't the place for beginner teams, unfortunately. A team like this would likely have to be rebuilt from the ground up to be competitively viable, while this area of the forum is meant more for discussion, rating, and small suggestions.

If you want to learn more, you should think about Battling 101 (or Battling 202 if you're interested in doubles), or read through the discussion threads here to try to figure things out on your own.

Note that those are all focused on Black and White, though - most of the competitive community focuses on whatever the latest series is, so you'll have a hard time finding battles for 4th gen, let alone 3rd.
