I find that Wingull can be one of the best rain abusers. One of its stabs, hurricane, get 100% accuracy in the rain. The other stab, scald, gets the rain boost, and is useful for coverage. Ice beam is also useful for coverage, and roost is when I predict a switch and could use hp. The reason I chose Wingull is because it has high speed, and a good enough special attack stat to consistently get sweeps.
Herbert (Voltorb) @ Damp Rock

Herbert's main job is to set up rain, and then volt switch out to potentially set up rain again. Hidden Power Grass is mainly for Diglett.
Jackie Chan (Mienfoo) @ Life Orb

Mienfoo is, all around, an amazing pokemon. I use it because it can completely turn a battle around, with fake out, high jump kick for a powerful stab, and u-turn to do some damage on the switch. Stone edge is for coverage and is great for flying types, which are otherwise a problem.

Anorith is great on rain teams, because in the rain it can outspeed pretty much everything, and it is quite powerful. The swords dance is for defensive teams that will require more power, and rapid spin is because it doesn't have a very large movepool, and I could use a spinner.

This guy is my leader, he gets rocks up, and can often take out a pokemon or two.
Speedy Gonzales (Taillow) @ Choice Scarf

Taillow is my answer to scarfed threats, such as blizzard snover. It is insanely fast, and has a powerful stab brave bird. Return is for an alternate stab when I feel I will need taillow and don't want the recoil, and u-turn is always good on a fast pokemon. Toxic is mainly filler, but is useful.
