Rate my OU team (I'm pretty new to team-building)

I've been working on a team! :O Here it is:

Aerodactyl@Focus Sash
252 speed, 252 attack, 4 HP
Jolly
Pressure
-Taunt
-Stealth Rock
-Stone Edge
-Earthquake

Aerodactyl is a common and predictable lead, but gets the job done nonetheless. The speed EVs are there to compliment Aerodactyl's already high speed, almost ensuring a first move aongst most common leads. I use taunt first, to prevent my opponent frm setting up SR, spikes, putting me to sleep, or any other of those annoyances. I then set up SR. The Focus Sash guarantees that I am able to get at least two turns in, unless the lead I am facing is extremely fast. Earthquake and Stone Edge are there in case I'm facing something weak against ground or rock. If not, I switch out and save Aerodactyl for later.

Togekiss@Leftovers
252 speed, 252 HP, 4 defense
Calm
Serene Grace
-Thunder Wave
-Air Slash
-Roost
-Aura Sphere

Togekiss is a great tank, and it can dish out a notable amount of damage as well. However, even with 252 speed EVs Togekiss still can't outspeed too many things. This is where T-wave comes in. Not only will paralysis make the opponent less likely to attack, but it will drastically reduce their speed, allowing Togekiss to outspeed most things. Roost and Leftovers will allow Togekiss to tank, along with the HP EVs. Air Slash has a naturally high 30% chance to make the opponent flinch, which Serene Grace doubles, meaning there's only a 40% chance the opponent will attack. Aura Sphere is, to be honest, only there because I had no idea what to put there and that's what a lot of the Smogon guides on Togekiss said. But I suppose it could help against ice and dark types, for example.

Scizor@Choice Band
248 HP, 252 attack 8 speed
Adamant
Technician
-Bullet Punch
-Superpower
-Pursuit
-U-turn

Scizor is my revenge killer/late-game sweep. because of bullet punch, he's great for finishing opponents near death. And with Technician, an adamant nature, and all those attack EVs, Bullte Punch'll do a bunch of damage. The HP EVs are there to give Scizor the capability to take a few hits. U-turn allows me to scout out my opponents counter, and then deal a bit of damage to it. Superpower so I don't get walled by Steel Types, and it can help me take down Blissey.
dpmfa073.png

Tentacruel@Focus Sash
252 HP, 120 defense, 136 speed
Calm
Liquid Ooze
-Toxic Spikes
-Surf
-Rapid Spin
-Haze

My replacement for Crobat. Still gaurantees getting a haze in, because of Focus Sash, but an take a few more hits, due to higher base HP, and EVs in HP and defence. He can also get rid of Stealth Rock and spikes, with Rapid Spin, and can even take out the occasional opponent with surf. Another reason I replaced Crobat with him is that it cut down on my massive weakness to ice and rock because of the large amount of my team which is flying type.

Salamence@Choice Band
252 attack, 4 HP, 252 speed
Jolly
Intimidate
-Outrage
-Aqua Tail
-Fire Fang
-Earthquake

Salamence is there mainly because he's really powerful, and he can cover a lot of types which the rest of my pokemon can't. Earthquake is there to take care of electric types, since a good part of my team is made up of flying types. It also allows me to get rid of pesky fire-types, as does Aqua Tail. Sure, Celebi and Aerodactyl can take out fires, but after setting up there's a good chance Aerodactyl's dead, or near dead, and Celebi is grass type. Outrage is just an extremely powerful move which allows for me to take care of most opponents in one or two hits. Fire Fang helps me against Skarmory and other Steel types. Choice Band and the attack EVs let him deal even more damage, and the speed EVs make it so he won't be easily out speeded.

Celebi@Choice Scarf
100 HP, 252 SpA, 156 speed
Timid
Natural Cure
-Leaf Storm
-Earth Power
-Psychic
-Trick

Celebi helps cover a lot of types the rest of my team doesn't, and, since it's scarfed and has some speed EVs, can out-speed a lot of things. The SpA EVs are pretty self-explanatory, and the HP EVs let it take a few hits. Natural Cure means if it's put to sleep, frozen, burned, or poisoned, I can just switch it out and not have to worry about that later. Leaf Storm takes out Water types, which I don't have many moves that are good against, Trick screws Blissey over, Earth Power gets rid of electrics, and psychic can help against fighting types.

__________________________________________________________

Well that's my team. o.0 The biggest problem I see atm is that I have so many Flying types. Help me if you can! :D

Changes are in bold.

Well i guess your team is ok but 4 of your pokemon are weak to ice and rock due to the flying types and only scizor resists ice, 3 of your pokemon are also weak to electric and only celebi resists it. Other than that your team has many handy resistances (mostly due to scizor), and immunities, it's ok i guess.
I also recommend replacing togekiss with Jirachi both get serene grace and a flinch/paralyze move, jirachi also has more speed and more hp and defense, not to mention superior typing, and removes one of your fliers. And as for a hazers you could use tentacruel who also can set up spikes and remove them (not to mention that most of your pokemon are weak the stealth rock which could really weaken your team).

Thanks. :O I think I'll be keeping Togekiss, as it can semi-stall with Roost. Replacing Crobat with Tentacruel seems like a good idea, though, I'll do that. :3

Yeah *clap clap* whether you put jirachi in or not doesn't really bother me though after all it is your team

On Salamence, go with Jolly nature. You're not using any special attacks on him.

Hidden Power Ice is terrible on Scizor. Replace it with Superpower so Steel-types don't wall you. Anything that HP Ice hits (Salamence, Zapdos, Flygon) are all outspeeding you and OHKOing you with a Fire move anyway, and Bullet Punch is more useful for picking Salamence and Flygon off. Thunder Fang doesn't really add much to Salamence, thus I ask you replace it with either Fire Fang or Fire Blast. You still hit Skarmory, but also take out Steel-types easily. Gyarados is still hit hard enough by Outrage anyway.

Alright, my reasoning behind Thunder Fang was that besides Leaf Storm, it would be the only move good agains water type. :/ I guess I'll do that stuff though.

I don't like the look of Focus Sash on Tentacruel. He's a special tank, right? Supposedly Tentacruel won't be switching into Earthquakes and letting Focus Sash activate; Salamence and Togekiss are there for that. And if it's Psychic you want to survive, well, Scizor and Celebi are there for that. So I think it should be swapped with Leftovers for some recovery.

Trick is an option over Shadow Ball on Celebi if you want. This is because:
Leaf Storm (140 power) with STAB is 210
Shadow Ball (80 power) is 160 when super effective

You won't be able to fire them off consistently, but it just leaves more room for another attack. I mean, Leaf Storm does more damage than Shadow Ball does on the first turn, so I think Shadow Ball should be dropped for Trick to help against Blisseys or whatnot (I know Salamence can probably OHKO it, but it's a bit safe to go with Celebi to screw around with her and to avoid a status).

That' a good idea on Celebi, I'll do that. Leftovers won't have much time to take effect, since Tentacruel will mainly just be switching in and out again, and the Focus Sash means if I'm against some sweeper with a bunch of attack and speed, I won't get OHKO'd and will still be able to Haze. Thanks.

As for being afraid of Water-types, you don't need to worry much. Outrage is stronger on every single commonly used Water-type besides Gyarados and Empoleon. Let's not forget Empoleon is hit harder by Earthquake, and that Gyarados is massacred by a CB Outrage anyway.
