Rate my OU team

OK, I only recently started playing on Shoddy, so please forgive me if this team isn't amazing. it has about a 50/50 win/loss ratio so far, and seems to work fairly well:

Rotom@choice scarf
Timid (+Spe/-Atk)
252 SpA/252 Spe/4 HP
~ Trick
~ Thunderbolt
~ Shadow Ball
~ Will-o-wisp

Rotom makes a very nice lead, as trickscarf severly cripples a large number of other leads, for example anything which leads with stealth rock. However, if i meet Machamp or any other anti-lead, it's usually better to go for the super fast will-o-wisp (if they're physical) and then switch to a counter. Rotom also makes a brilliant revenge killer late game, and many times has saved me from losing. EVs are obvious, and make Rotom a powerful attacker, whillst still maintaining reasonable bulk due to base 107 defences.

Dragonite @ Lum Berry
Adamant (+Atk/-Spe)
252 HP/52 Atk/204 Spe
~ Dragon Dance
~ Dragon Claw
~ Extremespeed
~ Earthquake

Dragonite serves as a very powerful sweeper, with decent bulk to help him pull off a sweep. and set up easily. Adamant nature maximises attack, and, aftr a dragon dacne, outspeeds everything in OU which isn't carrying a choice scarf, with the possible exception of Ninjask. Dragon-Ground is very nice coverage, and Extremespeed's good for revenge killing. The Lum Berry can help him set up on anything which relies on status, and also keeps him free of harm when he's sweeping. However, I am considering replacing him with Flygon soon, due to getting STAB earthquake and rsisiting Stealth Rock. Tell me what you think.

Swampert@Lum Berry
Relaxed (+Def/-Spe)
240 HP/216 Def/52 SpD
~ Earthquake
~ Ice Beam
~ Stealth Rock
~ Roar

Swampert can very reliably set up the Rocks, and can then take a hit and hit back with STAB earthquake or Ice beam. Swampert deals with breloom switch ins brilliantly, eating the spore with his Lum berry and then OHKoing back with Ice beam. Roar helps to shuffle around the opponents team, racking up residual damage and scouting. his attacking power is a little limited with no Attack or SpA EVs, but he does his job well.

Electivire@Shuca Berry
Jolly(+Spe/-SpA)
252 Atk/252 Spe/4 HP
~ Thunderpunch
~ Ice Punch
~ Cross Chop
~ Earthquake

Electivire can come in on predicted electric moves and then sweep with remarkable effectiveness. Jolly nature maximises speed, and the moves give him good all round coverage. Ice Punch deals with Dragons well, and if i can predict other Electivire or Jolteon switch ins, Earthquake OHKOes them easily, if they're not holding a Shuca Berry. Electivire's natural bulk allows him to take most Earthquakes with HP to spare, and then KO the opponent with something.

Hitmonlee@Life Orb
Jolly (+Spe/-SpA)
252 Spe/80 SpD/176 Atk
~ Fake Out
~ Blaze Kick
~ Sucker Punch
~ Close Combat

this is one of my own sets, and it works wonders. Fake out's nice to add damage and waste time, and Sucker punch is for Starmie, Gengar and other fast dark-weak attackers, and for some reason nobody ever sees it coming. Limber is much more useful than i thought it would be, and STAB LO Close combat does a lot of Damage, Fake out-CC after SR damage OHKOs Suicune and Swampert, as well al dealing with Blissey quite well as well. Blaze Kick is for coverage, and OHKOes Scizor, most grass types, and does over 50% to defencive Skarm.

Shaymin@Life Orb
Timid (+Spe/-Atk)
252 SpA/252 Spe/4 SpA
~ Seed Flare
~ Earth Power
~ HP Ice
~ Air Slash

Shaymin's my main special sweeper, and boy does she do her job well. most people expect Shaymin to carry HP fire, so I have caught a lot of Heatran switch ins with Earth Power. Air Slash is mainly for Breloom, and HP Ice OHKOes the big dragons. Seed Flare is the obligatory STAB move, and a 40% chance to sharply lower SpD is quite a nice addition. Shaymins base 100 defences and HP means she can take a few hits as well as being able to sweep effectively.

My team lacks rapid spin support, but seems to manage OK regardless.

Thanks in advance

Hi, just a short rate. I like Vire. Except on your team, you don't have any real pokes to draw electric moves. As such, if you want a bulky-ish sweeper, you might want a Bulky Gyara, but I can't really tell. There really isn't a theme or strategy to work with, so I can't help you much.
Hope I could help.

Just a quick rate:

If you Will-o-Wisp Machamp leads you'll just activate the Lum Berry and Rotom gets OHKOed with Payback. In general Rotom "makes a nice lead" only because of Trick and even then there are better Trick leads, like Starmie:

Starmie @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 Hp/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Nature: Timid
- Trick
- Rapid Spin
- Surf
- Thunderbolt/Ice Beam

You said that your "Rotom" has 107 base defenses so I assume it is a Rotom-A even if you didn't write it.

Dragonite won't revenge kill anything with only 52 Attack EVs and no Life Orb, replace Extremespeed with Roost so that you can heal yourself while setting up.

Electivire doesn't pack synergy with the other members of the team and with a 75 base power STAB, a neutral nature and no Life Orb boost it doesn't pack the power (and speed) to hit hard enough, I'd really run another sweeper.

You rely a lot on predictions, for example you said your Swampert could kill a Breloom but:
Breloom uses Substitute/uses Spore, you switch in Swampert and Breloom has a Sub/Lum Berry activates, Breloom uses Seed Bomb, Swampert gets OHKOed = You lose.
Seriously, replace Lum Berry with Leftovers.

Most of your calcs are not correct:
Your Swampert Ice Beam vs standard Breloom deals only 68.2% - 81.1%
Your Hitmonlee Close Combat deals 45.1% - 52.9% to standard lead Swampert and 37.1% - 43.8% to CroCune, which is never a OHKO even with Fake Out, Stealth Rock and three layers of Spikes.
And so on...

On Shaymin replace Air Slash with Rest, HP Ice already deals 94.7% - 112.1% to the standard Breloom = OHKO 100% of the times after Stealth Rock damage.

Good Luck
