This is my first attempt at a rain team. I used a different forum to get a general template and I've tweaked it some since.
Politoed @ Damp Rock
Ability: Drizzle

I generally lead with Politoed to get rain up. Depending on the opponent Ill usually use toxic or just switch out. Im considering taking out Hypnosis because I have never used it, I don't really know what to replace it with though. Im also thinking about using an offensive set.
Ludicolo @ Life Orb
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

I like to use Ludicolo when a grass poke comes up most often. He's fairly powerful anyway and heals himself with giga drain so I can use him any time. I also use him when Politoed is down so I can set up rain for my more serious attackers.

I actually use Ferrothorn a lot more than I thought I would when I put him on the team. I rarely use power whip though. I mostly use him when I don't have anything to take an opponent down so Ill just leech seed him. Having Gyro ball is also nice when those pesky fairies come out.
Tornadus-Therian (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe

- Taunt
- U-turn
Tornadus is one of my 3 attackers, I usually use Swampert if it makes no difference though. Taunt really helps get rid of walls who try to heal so I can taunt them and U-turn if I can't beat them with Tornados. Hurricane also gets 100% accuracy in rain.

EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch
- Waterfall
- Rain Dance
My favorite attacker. Mega swampert gets swift swim so he gets fast enough to deal with most opponents in the rain. He is really strong so an earthquake or waterfall will take down most opponents. Ice punch for grass types and rain dance if I need to re-up my rain for the speed boost.

Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD

I used to have a Scizor here but I hated it. I chose Dragonite because I needed something to check Skarmory and Zapdos. In the rain both Thunder and Hurricane get 100% Accuracy. Ice beam is for Zapdos and Thunder for Skarmory. Its also stupid powerful so I use him in any situation. I used Dragon Pulse instead of Draco Meteor because It makes it easier for him to sweep since he doesnt lose SpA after each one.
