Gyarados @ Life Orb
Intimidate
72 HP, 252 Atk, 184 Spd
Adamant
Waterfall
Dragon Dance
Stone Edge
Bite

With Adamant nature and 184 spd I can out speed pokes like starmie. I have taken quite a few people by surprise when their only gyara counter is starmie or gengar. With these evs bite kos with rapid spin starmie.

dpmfa260.png
Swampert @ Leftovers
Torrent
252 Hp, 252 def, 4 atk
Impish
Waterfall
Avalanche
Earthquake
Stealth Rock

This guy make a pretty good electric attack switch in that are aimed at gyarado and sets up SR which helps me deal with trouble some pokes.
He also makes a great bulky water and helps deal with physical threats.

dpmfa143.png
Snorlax @ leftovers
Thick Fat
244 Hp, 28 Def, 236 sp def
Sassy
Body Slam
Fire flast
Rest
Sleep talk

Snorlax is doing what he is meant to do here, sleep. He makes an excellent and necessary sleep absorber/status absorber. This guy helps my infernape, gengar, salamence and gyarados deal with fast sleep. Fire blast is for those nasty steels and sleep talk solves the PP problem.

dpmfa094.png
Gengar @ Life Orb
Levitate
252 sp atk, 252 spd, 4 hp
Timid
Shadow ball
Focus Blast
Thunderbolt
Hypnosis

He is my fast sleeper/Special sweeper and makes a good switch in into scarf heracross close combat directed at snorlax giving me a chance to sleep their switch in. Thunderbolt takes care of waters and gyarados, focus blast for weavile switch ins and normals.

dpmfa392.png
Infernape @ life Orb
Blaze
24 Atk, 252 sp atk, 232 spd
close combat
grass knot
Flamethrower
Nasty plot/ thunderpunch I can't decide which for this team

He makes one of the best wall breakers in the game and has saved my neck more than once. Close combat for tyranitar and blissey, grass knot for hippodon and swampert, flamthrower for steels and to finish off weekend cresselia.

dpmfa373.png
Salamence @ Life Orb
Intimidate
16 atk, 252 spd, 240 sp atk
Naive
Draco meteor
Brick break
Fire blast
Stone edge

With 252 spd + nature this thing is deadly. Draco Meteor destroys salamence, brick break two hit kos blissey switch ins fire blast is for steels, stone edge is for gyarados. How I use this thing is for example Skarmory is out and I know they have a blissey they think I am going to fire blast but instead I Brick Break for the 2 hit ko on blissey switch it.

I don't understand Gyarados leading with Dragon Dance and Taunt if you're using Snorlax as a status absorber. Atleast add Stone Edge on Gyarados over Taunt for opposing Gyarados. Or, alternatively, follow my next bit of advise.

I recommend you remove Swampert for Celebi. You may still set up Stealth Rock, but additionally obtain Gyarados coverage. Reflect can be used for physical attackers in general. Celebi's utility and abilty to recover its health is far better than watching Swampert set-up Stealth Rock, and then fall not so long after. Besides, it absorbs Electric-type attacks for your Gyarados' benifit. Grass Knot and Recover are staples. Standard EV spread with a Bold nature to boot.

For Infernape's final move slot, it's best if you go with Hidden Power [Ice] for additional Garchomp and Salamence coverage. ThunderPunch may hit Gyarados and Starmie switch-ins, but Grass Knot hits Starmie for just as much damage, and you now counter Gyarados effectively with Celebi.

I'd remove lead Gyarados for something to open up the opponents' team faster. For example, one of your Life Orb beasts: Infernape, Gengar or Salamence. Preferably the latter as you'll suprise most leads with its unorthadox moveset straight from the bat.

Dude, trust me on one aspect here. Run Crunch over Stone Edge on MixMence. It kills Cress easier and plus if you know they're running ghosts and they're gonna switch, it's a kill right there. I run Crunch over Stone Edge, and I've never regretted it.

Im going with Micky on this one. Crunch has served me well on my MixMence. It can do a toll on Gengars, Cress, Noir, Zam, Azelf, ect.

This reminds me a lot of one of my old teams. It is very starmie weak, I'd recomend yachechomp over salamence, maybe eving gyarados to outspeed and ohko starmie after a dragon dance, and crunch over fire blast on snorlax. With 2 fire attacks on ape and whatever dragon you choose, that should be plenty. The reason starmie is still a threat with snorlax is that it is very easy to chip away at snorlaxs health (as all it has is rest and not recover). If paired with a strong physical sweeper, say heracross, and with SR down, everything on your team is going to take a beating and get easily worn down.
