Roserade @ Focus Sash
Ability: Natural Cure
Nature: Timid (+Spe, -Atk)
EV: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
-Sleep Powder
-Toxic Spikes
-Leaf Storm
-Hidden Power [Fire]
Roserade makes a pretty nice lead as it scares off most opponents with the threat of Sleep Powder. Focus Sash+Natural Cure is very nice, as it allows me to mispredict once and still have her alive. Sets up Toxic Spikes for the stalling to commence, and also has a very nice special attack stat, which is why Leaf Storm is there.

Hariyama @ Leftovers
Ability: Thick Fat
Nature: Impish (+Def, -SpA)
EV: 204 HP / 52 Atk / 252 Def
-Rest
-Sleep Talk
-Revenge
-Ice Punch/ThunderPunch
Hariyama is a great pokemon. It helps counter some of the most potent offensive threats in the game. Tyranitar, Infernape, Heatran, Weavile, and many others have trouble getting past him. I went for a bulkier EV spread because I am using Revenge, which OHKOs Tyranitar without such attack investments. With this spread he can survive a SD Earthquake from Jolly Garchomps, allowing me to Revenge or get rid of their Yache Berry. Rest is for means of recovery and Sleep Talk allows him to absorb status. LO Infernape does a mere 32% to this with Flamethrower, and Close Combat does 43%, not even a 2HKO when you factor in Stealth Rock. Meanwhile, after Infernape attacks Revenge does 72-84%, which is enough for LO recoil to finish it off. A common theme on this team is a Gyarados weak, so ThunderPunch/Stone Edge are options as well.

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
Nature: Timid (+Spe, -Atk)
EV: 252 HP / 160 SpD / 96 Spe
-Substitute
-Roost
-Thunderbolt
-Hidden Power [Ice]
This is probably the most annoying Zapdos out there. I remember fighting one of these and it was an absolute pain in the ass, so I figured I would use it. It has really great synergy with Hariyama, as it resists flying while Hariyama resists both of its weaknesses, ice and rock. If I have a Sub up, it allows me to Roost one more time then pass off. The best part about this is even when switching into Stealth Rock, I can use Substitute, and then Roost will fully recover the damage. Generally I find that HP Ice is more useful for switchin Garchomps and such, but Baton Pass may be the better option as it allows me to pass Substitutes to teammates.

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
Nature: Modest (+SpA, -Atk)
EV: 252 HP / 56 SpA / 200 SpD
-Taunt
-Lava Plume
-Stealth Rock
-Earth Power
This Heatran here sets up the team very nicely. Taunt prevents Blissey from using status attacks and also aids in stalling her out of PP. Lava Plume and Stealth Rock help to defeat Gyarados and Salamence, two pokes who enjoy switching into his fire attacks. Lava Plume's burn rate also helps against Tyranitars and Garchomps who want to switch in. The special attack allows me to OHKO the standard Skarmory with Lava Plume while also acting as a decent special sponge for things like SpecsMence.

Suicune @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
Nature: Bold (+Def, -Atk)
EV: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
-Surf
-Calm Mind
-Rest
-Sleep Talk/Hidden Power [Electric]
Crocune seemed perfect for this team because its counters are easily handled by Zapdos and Roserade. It also aids to the stallish theme of the team with Pressure, Rest, and Sleep Talk. It gives me a second status absorber in case I decide to put my Hariyama to sleep for health(self induced sleep doesn't activate sleep clause). Lastly, Suicune can actually sweep, unlike most of the pokes on this team. This is important because if my strategy fails and Toxic Spikes aren't set up, I can still rely on him to take down a few pokes. HP Electric is there in case I have issues with Gyarados when testing, so far so good tho, as Zapdos handled them pretty well.

Garchomp @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Sand Veil
Nature: Adamant (+Atk, -SpA)
EV: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
-Outrage
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge/Toxic
-Fire Blast
Garchomp takes advantage of the Toxic Spikes by using a Scarf to clean things up. This is especially useful when fighting things like Hippowdon and Vaporeon. My main issue with this is whether to run Stone Edge or Toxic. Stone Edge helps revenge kill Gyarados, while Toxic can help wear down non-Resting Cresselia. Other than that this guy has been fantastic.
