sorry I don't have pics... at a glance its
azelf, shaymin, heatran, machamp, gengar, gyrados
alright lets begin.
azelf lead, naive (+speed,-sp.def)
focus sash
252 sp.atk, 4 atk, 252 speed
psychic
fire blast
stealth rock
u-turn
the only difference it has both fire blast and psychic instead of taunt. part of me thinks of taking out u-turn or fire blast for it, but I like having the capability to take out gengar, metagross, and other azelf leads with the movepool. and stealth rock is very typical the metagame. azelf has a good habit on taking out certain pokemon. He is also good for late-game sweeping and re-setting stealth rock in the late game.
machamp phyical, sweeper, adamant (Atk, -Sp.Atk)
leftovers
252 hp, 252 atk, 4 speed
stone edge
payback
substitute
dynamic punch
Machamp has great bulk and already causes alot of switched for a free substitute. it typically has 128 ev speed and 128 ev hp. but I like this spread more because it can still substitute over the common OU explosion from bronzong and foretress. even with the given ev speed, it won't outrun other explosion pokes like heatran and gengar. so In my opinion this is the better spread.
gengar, sp sweep trap, modest (+sp.atk,-atk)
choice scarf
252 sp.atk, 252 speed, 4 hp
trick
shadow ball
thunderbolt
focus blast
this is a standard trick gengar, its modest for the extra pump in power since with choice scarf it is already really fast. trick is of course for bulk pokes, switches, and setup pokes for Dragon dance or swords dance. the other moves are just good coverage, and do a great amount of damage. I do ASK if I should replace t-bolt with hidden power fire, its typical, but that would give me three fire attacks on my team.
Gyrados, late game sweeping, adamant (+atk, -sp.atk)
Life orb
4 hp, 252 atk, 252 speed
dragon dance
waterfall
earthquake
stone edge
This is for late game sweeping. The main idea is to get a lot of pokemon KOed from other pokes and frequent stealth rock damage, then get gyrados in a nice timing to do a dragon dance, maybe two, and sweep like crazy against the last few pokemon. With gyrados's intimidate, it cam get pretty easy. Plus if the sweeping gets interrupted I can still switch to a good resistance.
Heatran, sp. sweeper, naive (+speed, -sp.def)
leftovers
252 sp.atk, 4 Atk, 252 speed
substitute
earth power
fire blast
explosion
I do like its access and strength. But whatever happened to choice scarf on heatran? I love this guy's speed already. I just wonder if explosion is the best last move for it. I wonder if it should have dragon pulse or another move. The main point in him is to switch into one of his many resistances, use substitute on a switch, and give a pumped up fire blast or regular earth power. and explosion is for the pokemon that causes trouble that has an electric move, like zapdos or electivire. that way I can switch into gyrados and not worry about a 4x attack.
Shaymin, Leech seed move, modest (+sp. atk, -atk)
leftovers
252 hp, 180 speed, 76 sp. atk
hidden power (ice)
seed flare
earth power
leech seed
I love this guys move set. It can survive alot of hits, even super-effective. this is setup to trap the opponent and switch after their switch. normally it would have substitute , but I prefer to have attack coverage in case a neutral 278 sp. atk won't cover it. The leech seed is so it can attach to a pokemon that will switch or use a status move, and switch for its natural cure into a new pokemon. The best trick is switching from shaymin to heatran since all of shaymins weaknesses are resistances for heatran.
this team is setup to switch very accurately, and do some significant damage. It will take out alot of pokes because of stealth rock and accurate switching.
any suggestions on how to use or fix, or methods on how to use this team. all help will be really nice.
