A good start as extreme speed will deal a good amount a damage to most pokemon while Thunder Fang fends off water types especially Gyarados. Flare Blitz is a good move and Overheat kills Steel Types with huge defense.

I raised its special defense instead of HP because i feel that Blisseys HP at 652 is high enough. S-Toss and T-Wave are what most Blissey's have and Flamethrower can can catch people off guard as it 2 hits most pokemon that are 2X weak to it.
