  1. This is a team I have used for a while now, and has worked pretty well but Tyranitar and talonflame dominate me when metagross and heatran are down ;-;.

  2. Metal Sanic (Metagross) @ Metagrossite
  3. Ability: Clear Body
  4. EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
  5. Jolly Nature
  6. - Iron Head
  7. - Zen Headbutt
  8. - Earthquake
  9. - Ice Punch

  10. I chose Metagross as my mega due to it's great bulk and defensive typing. The evs and nature are pretty standard with 252 attack and speed to maximise it's offensive capabilities and because the 110 speed tier is very important to tie with Latios, Gengar, etc. Iron head and Zen headbutt are there as main STAB moves. Ice Punch has a 75% chance to OHKO gliscor and will finish off a weakened lando-t, and earthquake is there to hit magnezone and heatran without worry of a speed drop.

  11. Sanic Hegehog (Keldeo-Resolute) @ Leftovers
  12. Ability: Justified
  13. EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
  14. Timid Nature
  15. - Scald
  16. - Secret Sword
  17. - Icy Wind
  18. - Taunt

  19. Keldeo was my 2nd choice over manaphy which i used to run. Keldeo's additional fighting type does severe damage to ferrothorn and OHKO's non sashed bisharp, which is a big threat to my team. The evs are again standard to speed tie with other timid Keldeos. After realising the sub/CM set wasn't working, i instead have icy wind and taunt to hit dragons and to stop any set ups occuring on the enemy's part. Leftovers are there for recovery.

  20. Dr. Aggmen (Landorus-Therian) (M) @ Choice Scarf
  21. Ability: Intimidate
  22. EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
  23. Jolly Nature
  24. - Earthquake
  25. - Stone Edge
  26. - Knock Off
  27. - U-turn

  28. Scarfed Landorus is here to provide excellent revenge killing and sweeping if the counters to lando are gone. I chose a jolly nature to outspeed max speed mega beedrill alakazam and aerodactyl being the fastest pokemon in the tier by default. Earthquake and stone edge are there for STAB and to take out flying types like talonflame mostly. Knock off is there to kill a gengar switch in if the opponent expects earthquake. U turn is there to get a little damage on pokemon that counter lando and as a good pivot.

  29. no HP fire pls (Ferrothorn) @ Leftovers
  30. Ability: Iron Barbs
  31. EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpD
  32. Relaxed Nature
  33. IVs: 0 Spe
  34. - Stealth Rock
  35. - Leech Seed
  36. - Gyro Ball
  37. - Protect

  38. Ferrothorn provides excellent bulk to my team. The evs make a good distribution of the defenses and HP. Stealth rock is to set entry hazards. Leech seed provides great recovery outside of leftovers and can get chip damage on non grass type switch ins, while protect gets another turn of damage on the switch in. Gyro ball hits fast opponents for big damage and does a lot to fairies like clefable and gardevoir. Sylveon is slower but can be worn down by leech seed and protect.

  39. The Red One (Latias) @ Life Orb
  40. Ability: Levitate
  41. Shiny: Yes
  42. EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
  43. Timid Nature
  44. - Draco Meteor
  45. - Psyshock
  46. - Defog
  47. - Healing Wish

  48. Latias is here as a good dragon type and to kill fighting types like conkeldurr and keldeo. It resists grass, water and fighting moves all the main typing of keldeo and breloom enabling it to check them pretty hard. Draco meteor and psyshock are good STAB moves. While my team isn't weak to stealth rocks, i'd prefer to keep them healthy so defog is there to get them out of the way. Healing wish is used when latias becomes weak and isn't useful anymore, so it's a great opportunity to heal up a more useful pokemon for the game ahead.

  49. LEL (Heatran) @ Choice Scarf
  50. Ability: Flash Fire
  51. EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
  52. Timid Nature
  53. - Flamethrower
  54. - Flash Cannon
  55. - Stone Edge
  56. - Hidden Power [Ice]

  57. Scarfed heatran is a good revenge killer because not many expect the boost of speed. 252 speed with timid outspeeds adamant scarfed excadrill, a big threat to my team. Flamethrower is here due to Fire miss becoming a problem (the same reason i have iron head on metagross instead of meteor mash). Flash cannon hits fairies, stone edge kills mega charizard Y and non boosted talonflame. HP ice gets rid of landorus incarnate and lando T quickly and hits dragons for big damage.

Stone edge is useless for heatran...use earthpower instead.Landorous can handle Talonflame and Charizard.others look fine....wait u r using same items on different members??

Yes Pritish 2 scarfs may seem OTT but they work very well especially with revenge killing and having the same item is fine as long as they benefit your team

Stone Edge is actually very helpful on Heatran with its ability to hit Megazard Y better than Ancient Power could, it helps actually hit Talonflame too instead of just being a sitting duck as it sets up on you to try and break through you, it makes it a much more effective birdspam counter which is very much needed. And yeah, dual Scarf is not an uncommon thing in this speedy meta and is a viable option.
Regardless, I'd suggest you run Sub CM on your Keldeo, it's an incredibly effective sweeper and generally outperforms the set you're running. I understand the theory behind Taunt and Icy Wind to stop set-up and slow an opposing threat down to completely kill offensive momentum, but you have much more potential with set up to actually sweep and shatter through walls. Essentially, just slap Substitute and CM over Taunt and Icy Wind.
Secondly, run Sassy on your Ferrothorn to be another safer switch-in to Mega Gardevoir without having to put too much pressure on Megagross to take those hits, Megagross will be worn down having to do that all the time and he will break after a while with no reliable recovery, even with Healing Wish support you don't want to back yourself into that corner.
Hammer Arm is more helpful on Megagross than Earthquake with its ability to plough through opposing Ferrothorns and Skarmorys while still getting super effective hits off against shit like T-Tar, Bisharp, Heatran and such. Your team also gets shut down by fat Waters pretty badly so running Naive with Grass Knot to handle a lot of them, namely Mega Slowbro who can just sleep through a battle against this team, Hidden Power Ice Heatran is a good enough bait for Lando and Gliscor and if that fails then Keldeo is there as back-up.
Run Fire Blast on Heatran over Flamethrower, power over accuracy is the way to go for most cases, Hell I'd even advise Meteor Mash over Iron Head on Megagross. Flamethrower Heatran doesn't even guarantee the OHKO on Megagross after Rocks or a 2HKO on Defensive Landorus which might try to switch in and make it generally easier to switch into and cost you offensive presence. Sure, the miss chance sucks, but so does hitting like a wet towel.
Also, that's not the standard spread for Latias, I'll leave it below. The HP lets it avoid a 2HKO from Life Orb Thundy.
Hope this helped.
