XY OU Rate my Team

Conkeldurr @ Assault Vest
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk / 236 SpD / 20 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Knock Off
- Poison Jab

I decided to use conkeldurr because it makes a very good physical attacker, with this being the only pokemon on my team that can deal with fairy types i gave it poison jab. It can take at least 1 fairy move, and this turn will be enough for it to OHKO any fair threat. The knock off move also allows it to aid the rest of my team, so if I predict a switch out, the knock off could remove my opponents key pokemon's item which will greatly benefit the rest of my team.

Gardevoir @ Gardevoirite
Ability: Trace
EVs: 24 Def / 232 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Calm Mind
- Hyper Voice
- Psyshock
- Focus Blast

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP / 56 Def / 200 Spe
Impish Nature
- Roost
- Toxic
- Acrobatics
- Earthquake

I decided to use gliscor because it is a personal favourite of mine and is very defensive, and also makes for a great stall pokemon. This allows me to deal with a variaty of pokemon that are weak to ground and flying moves, and stall others out with its moveset. The toxic roost combo also allows me to stall out the majority of pokemon gliscor has to face.

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Leech Seed
- Power Whip
- Thunder Wave

I decided to use ferrothorn because it is very versitile in the fact it can be used defensively, special defensively, as a hazard setter and a very good utility pokemon. Because this is my only grass pokemon it allows me to wall pokemon such as azumarill and manetric (who is a real threat if run with HP ice and flamethrower) if i play my cards right. The stealth rocks and thunderwave also allow me to make pokemon such as mega zard-y a lot easier to deal with.

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 160 Def / 96 SpD
Calm Nature
- Moonblast
- Wish
- Protect
- Heal Bell

I decided to use Clefable in this team to cover againts ghost and to be the cleric of the team. The moonblast allows clefable to deal moderate damage to most opponents and the magic guard prevents hazards and status effects from having any effect on Clefable. The wish / heal bell also allow me to keep my party in fighting shape.

Greninja @ Life Orb
Ability: Protean
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Grass Knot
- Taunt

I chose to use greninja within this team because it is a favourite of mine and is very powerful with its movepool. With the protean ability it allows me to deal with a lot of threats with the moveset I have used with the greninja. It has great type coverage and makes a great lead with the unsuspecting taunt, which helps with pokemon that may attempt to set up or lay down hazards.

As Redevil360 said in the previous post, why did you label your post as OU?
To answer that question, he can use OU things.

But other than that, Welcome to Smogon! It's nice to see new members to our community.
Onto the Rate.

I'm a little nitpicky when it comes to rules, but make sure to add a description to Mega Gardevoir. As a huge fan of Mega Gardevoir, I have plenty of sets you could use. I recommend Taunt over Calm Mind so you can out speed things like Ferrothorn and Chansey, don't let them set up on you, or you're gonna have a bad time.
Conkeldurr's set is fine.
Don't run Acrobatics on Gliscor, unless you're running a Fling set. Instead, run Defog since you have no hazard Control.
Your Ferrothorn set is fine.
Clefable really doesn't fit the bill to be a tank like you're running it. Instead, I would run Sylveon since it can do more with Hyper Voice, and it learns all of those moves.

Sylveon @ Leftovers
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Sp Atk
Calm Nature
- Protect
- Wish
- Hyper Voice
- Heal Bell

I'm pretty sure that will work out better for you.
On Greninja, run this set.

Greninja @ Life Orb
Ability: Protein
EVs: 44 Atk / 212 Sp Atk / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Ice Beam
- Dark Pulse
- Scald/Hydro Pump/Surf
- Gunk Shot

That's the main set right now.

Hope it helps.
