MANECTRIC : nice mega, nice speed and nice special attack, intimidate and volt switch with landorus to be a VoltTurn intimidate team, cover skymory weakness too, hp ice for garchomps and landorus, flamethrower for ferrothorn

SCIZOR : the revange killer, band + technican + bullet punch = to much damage, u-turn to match with the VoltTurn team, knock off to remove itens, superpower for magnezones or heatrans

LATIOS : earthquake is for heatrans, think your heatran is safe agains latios? draco meteor and psychic for stab, energy ball to azullmarill or rotom-w, life orbs increase the damage

LANDORUS : the satan in earth, i hate this stupid thing, if you cannot win them, join them, he comes leading (or manectric) and combine perfectly with the VoltSwitch, quake for stab.

SKARMORY : physical wall, defogger, and can set hazards, access to hp recovery move, almost perfect, paper made special defensive, thunderbolt and flamethowers are a danger that latios cover

SWAMPERT : nice hp ande defenses, can also attack at sometimes, set stealth rock on the field, grass weakness covered by scizor, skarmory and latios, i miss a hp recovery move at all

Hey there, nice team.

Your team is really solid and has good synergy, but Swampert seems like an odd option.
It really doesn't add much to your team and there are other mons that perform the same role, but better.

I recommend Clefable > Swampert, as it also learns SR and can recover and be much more helpful to your team.

A strong fairy type attacker will really benefit your team as you don't really have a good dragon killer.

Also, Latios has 30/30/30 IVs which is unnecesary and should be changed back to 31 to speed tie with other Latis.
 
Nice team buddy, i see char y and x can have a feild day aswell as mega diance when scizor is gone. You also have a weakness to well played stall so try a wall braker like bisharp. One other thing if you use skarm for defog i really
Dont see why you have lati your sets a little odd but its ok as for swampert its rubbish unless in rain try something like Garchomp. Hope i helped gl on laddering
