ORAS OU Rate my team

Juggernaut (Steelix) @ Steelixite
Ability: Sturdy
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Heavy Slam
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Roar
I'm using steelix mega becuase of his heavy slam as he is one of the heaviest pokemon in the game and for being bulky. This pokemon role on the team is to protect any of my other pokemon from thunder waves, toxic, or u turn as u turn doesn't do much damage at all. And thunder wave and toxic are immune to him. He also acts as physical sweeper. Being one of the heaviest pokemon in the game steelix gets a huge heavy slam attack Stat. Earthquake is for any pokemon like a tyranitar when he comes our or to take down and ohko heatran. Rock slide is to ohko a talon flame or charizard y or non mega as it will take 2 flare blitz to kill him. Roar is to switch out a pokemon I don't want on the field for that moment.

Magneto (Metagross) @ Muscle Band
Ability: Clear Body
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Iron Head
- Power-Up Punch
- Zen Headbutt
Metagross is able to do a lot of damage to almost any fairy type pokemon. Metagross on the team serves as the pokemon to combat threats like mega venasaur, transitar, sylveon and with its power up punch boost, bullet punch can ohko most fairy types used. Power up punch is to increase my attack and is good against tyranitar, weavile as its 4x supereffective. Bullet punch with the power up punch can ohko most fairy types. Iron Head is for bulkier fairy like mega altaria. Zen headbutt is go up again mega venasaur or Keldeos. Clear body is to prevent Stat changes for when like sticky Web is out. Muscle Band also slightly increases my attack

Toady (Swampert) @ Life Orb
Ability: Torrent
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Waterfall
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Protect
I chose swampert becuase of his special typing water and ground type. Swampert serves as my water type pokemon to go up against other ground type pokemon that can do a lot to mega steelix. It's also a switch in for when electric type moves want to be used like thunder waves or volt switch. Waterfall serves as a great water type move capable of doing lots of damage to pokemon weak to water. Earthquake to predict a venasaur coming out I can do at least some damage to it and also to ohko heatran if steelix can't. Protect is to see whether a pokemon will use giga drain or leech seed coming. Life Orb gives swampert a great attack Stat with waterfall.

Serpent (Scolipede) @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Speed Boost
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- X-Scissor
- Poison Jab
- Swords Dance
- Protect
I chose scolipede becuase of his speed boost given at the end of every turn. Scolipede can ohko or 2hko lots of pokemon when he's set up with two Swords Dance and his speed boost at a high level, can defeat pokemon like mega gyardos, alakazam, gardevoir. Protect to use at the 1st Turn to increase speed so not much pokemon can out speed me. Swords Dance gives scolipede a huge attack Stat That when used with x scissor can annihilate a lot of pokemon. Poison Jab for when when sylveon or azumarill is out with Swords Dance is incredibly strong. I always keep forgetting to switch out scolipede item but I also don't know what to put on him

Hydra (Hydreigon) @ White Herb
Ability: Levitate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD
Modest Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Dark Pulse
- Roost
- Flamethrower
I chose hydreigon becuase of his great special attack Stat. Hydreigon serves as the pokemon to take out threats like ferrothorn with Flamethrower and it's Draco Meteor is one of the strongest moves that he can know especially with a a great special attack. White Herb on hydreigon is used for when I want to use Draco Meteor twice without weakening his special attack and having to switch out. Dark Pulse is to go up psychic type pokemon. Flamethrower is used against grass type pokemon and to ohko ferrothorn which is a huge threat to my team. Roost is to recover my HP and hydreigon to do more damage to my opponent and keep him alive.

Cresselia @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
- Calm Mind
- Moonblast
- Moonlight
- Psyshock
Cresselia is one of the bulkiest pokemon that can take massive amounts of hits and still be alive. He's used as my bulkiest pokemon and taking out threats like other hydriegon, and dragonite. His modest nature gives him a good special attack with the calm mind so he can become a beast when he's set up. He can also sweep with Psyshock and Moonblast. His Moonlight allows him to recover his HP and keep him alive and keep doing what he's doing. His Levitate is to predict a earthquake and be able to switch into him without taking damage. Calm mid with cresselia gives him that even bulkier defense and a strong special attack.

Hello Kocrysis , and welcome to Smogon!

Unfortunately, this RMT is currently not following the rules which can be found in the RMT Resource Thread; specifically, this thread violates rule #4, because you lack sufficient descriptions for each Pokemon on your team. As such, I am afraid that I will have to lock this thread for the time being. If you would like this thread to be reopened, feel free to PM me with your updated RMT, and I would be happy to reopen this thread for you. If you need help making an RMT up to the required standards, I recommend that you carefully read the RMT Resource Thread and check out other RMTs from the Team Showcase and RMT Archive for some examples.

Good luck with your team, and have a nice day!

Hello Kocrysis, Welcome!

My first suggestion would be a change from Swampert. While Swampert can be a strong water type attacker, there are better options. I would recommend Azumarill over Swampert, as Azu with a Choice band can hit harder, as well as create a very strong Dragon-Fairy-Steel core with Metagross and Hydreigon. I would recommend a set like this:

Azumarill Set:
Azumarill @ Choice Band
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 172 HP / 252 Atk / 84 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Play Rough
- Waterfall
- Aqua Jet
- Superpower
The max Attack investment and Adamant nature allow Azu to hit as hard as possible. The Speed investment let it out speed common uninvested base 60s, namely Clefable and Sylveon. The rest of the EVs are used to make Azu as bulky as possible. Play Rough and Waterfall are your primary STAB moves, Aqua Jet for priority, and Superpower mainly to hit Ferothorn, as your team otherwise has trouble with it.

My other suggestions would be some changes to Hydreigon and Metagross. Running max speed on Hydreigon is generally better than max HP, simply for its ability to outspeed many common Pokemon, such as Bisharp, Heatran, and many common Garchomp sets. In addition, White Herb is not the best item to run, as after taking a KO from Draco Meteor, Your opponent will most likely switch in a Pokemon such as Sylveon, which will force you to switch out anyway. I would recommend a set like this:

Hydreigon Set:
Hydreigon @ Life Orb
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Dark Pulse
- Flamethrower
- Roost
As for Metagross, Muscle Band is not the best item to boost attack, once again, Life Orb will be your friend. Metor Mash also is commenly used over Iron Head, while lacking accuracy, makes up for it in power and the chance to raise attack.

Metagross Set:
Metagross @ Life Orb
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Meteor Mash
- Zen Headbutt
- Bullet Punch
- Hammer Arm
As for your last move, Hammer Arm hits way harder than Power Up Punch, and the attack bonus from PUP is very situation in my opinion.

Lastly, your team lacks the all important move Stealth Rock, I would recommend putting it over Roar on Steelix. Rocks punishes your opponent for switching around to much, as well as massively weakening Talonflame and Charizard.

That's all for now, I don't wanna change too much. Good luck with the team!
