just to start off i would like to point out i play with whatever clauses people want i just join who ever has a game. But usually no ubers

this is my special sweeper i gave him choice scarf so he can be as fast as possible i went for dark pulse over hidden power fighting becuase i have no dark moves in my whole set to take out some phychic or ghost pokemon

very standard set for metgross i decided to go with explosion in case i need it for my chance/attack or if i know i cant take on my opponent but i am using him as a physical sweeper

a mixed sweeper to do what mixed sweeprs do i didnt try to get creative with the ev i just took straight from this site it seemed right to me to balance out the physical and special and the rest in speed. this is just to give me good coverage

sp wall, once agian very standard set to help me agianst those sp sweepers and 252 in def to hopefully survive a physical attack(non fighting) the rest in hp since she already has such high sp def. i also went with charge beam becuase i found a lot of sp sweepers are flying/water and weak to electric. and toxic to get in the extra little bit of damage

i was going to lead with him stealth rock and switch in with dusknoir (unless i feel i should switch in with some1 else) then send him back out if i need a physical wall or need to rapid spin but he is mostly on my team as a physical wall

mixed wall. i really find this move set helpful on shoddy battles ive been using it and it help balance out my team with the moveset and its been working great. will o whisp to get some cheap damage in there and pain split to even out the playing feild, mostly he is cheap :p if ppl have a whole bunch on clauses i couldnt use him

what do you think i could improve on i know its not that great but i cant think of what else to do
 
ok if your playing with no clauses, you might want to abuse that fact. Wobbufett, breloom, smeargle, and garchomp all need some love here. Breloom wreaks things as if you outspeed, you basically win as you can sleep their whole team and proceed to beat them through the ground with focus punch and leech seed from behind a sub refreshing the sleep when neccesary. Wobb and garchomp are both uber for a reason, so abuse them. Smeargle can play as a backup breloom with the sleeping game as well.

I suggest you play with clauses, otherwise its not fun, but to each their own I guess.

sorry i forgot to mention the only caluse i use is no uber :P i will fix that now
 
on dusknoir definately max hit points first. there is little you will wall with max defenses. hp will help it survive so much more. if you want a balanced wall dusknoir, use 252 hp, 56 of either defensive stat and 200 in the other with a boosting nature in the stat with 56 evs. there isnt any other fixes i can think of.
 
Well you should definitely still abuse the absence of Sleep Clause, by using Breloom and Smeargle. Just Spore them, set up a Substitute, then Spore the incoming pokemon. If they don't switch, just Leech Seed with Breloom or Belly Drum with Smeargle. Smeargle should have a Salac Berry, thus allowing you to pass +6 Attack and +1 Speed to your Metagross or even back to Breloom, who can sleep some more.

As cheap as that may sound, a smart player is going to abuse those conditions, so you may very well end up getting smacked by someone else doing that. If you don't use Breloom and Smeargle, why are you playing without clauses?

okay and if i did play with clauses becuase i usually join other matches with people and they have the sleep clause and junk, what do you think of it then?

3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you're having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.
