Rate please? lol need help

Well I'm doing all this from my phone cuz yolo swag. Anyways, I just need help fixing up my team. I've won most my games with it, like 90% or above but I'm at average rating and once I get higher, I'm gonna be screwed so yeah. Anyways, here's the team:

Manaphy (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Hydration
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Tail Glow
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Energy Ball
Well this is pretty self explanatory. People think you need rain for Manaphy to be viable but my god this thing is a beast. Once I get a Tail Glow out, sometimes even 2, this thing can SWEEP unless ofc I'm going up against like a Thundurus/Jolteon/Mega Venu etc. But yeah, Surf > Scald just for more damage. Ice beam for coverage against dragon types and Energy Ball for coverage against any water type that thinks they can sit in and win against it like CroCune or Quagsire. I had an older set on my Manaphy that I was thinking on running instead and it was alot more bulky. It was 252hp/252def/4spd with Bold and Calm Mind with the rest of the 3 attacks. So I'd have defense on both sides. But a +1 and 236 spe wasn't enough for me but idk, I'll see what you guys think.

Garchomp (M) @ Garchompite
Trait: Rough Skin
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Outrage/Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Poison Jab
Well Manaphy had weaknesses to both grass and electric so I wanted something that resisted both of those... And I've also wanted to make a team with Garchomp... So I thought why not, yolo lol. Well in all seriousness, Chomp resists grass type moves and is immune to electric so I can safely swich into a Zapdos or Magnezone or most things that Manaphy is having trouble with. EV's are just to keep max speed and attack is enormous on its own so no adamant needed. You can switch between Outrage and Dragon Claw like me because I can't decide which one I like better but either way, they're both powerful stabs. Stone edge is for the EdgeQuake combo and lets me destroy any flying type, esp that annoying Talonflame. Earthquake is another stab for coverage and poison jab is for fairies that think they can take me out. wutlolno

Heatran (M) @ Leftovers/Air Balloon
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 248 SDef / 8Spd
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Lava Plume
- Earth Power
- Stealth Rock
- Roar

Well this is a standard, specially defensive set for a Heatran. Lava Plume is for stab and 30% burn. Hits Skarmory, Scizor and any steel type hard. Stealth Rock is self explanatory, and it's my only entry hazard and it usually gets defogged away so idec. Roar is for any batom passers or just anyone I don't want out like lolno. Earth Power again is for coverage and if I predict a switch in like another Heatran.

Latios (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Draco Meteor
- Defog
- Psyshock
- Thunderbolt

Latios is the defogger of my team, like it is for alot of people because it's very reliable. Thunderbolt is just for coverage because I noticed I had no electric type moves and it comes in useful alot. Draco Meteor for hard hitting stab with life orb. Psyshock as another stab for Mega Venu and Conk. And defog to get rid of entry hazards. HP Fire/HP Fighting (For Bisharp/Tyranitar that try to pursuit trap you)/Surf/Energy Ball are all alternatives to T-Bolt. All personal preference.

Bisharp (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Defiant
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Knock Off
- Sucker Punch
- Pursuit
- Iron Head
Well Bisharp just sorta... Came because I couldn't think of what else I should put in. I mean, it works pretty well with my team but I haven't tested it enough to say it's a definite stay. Pursuit is to trap Lati@s. Knock off is when I feel they're gonna switch mons and it helps alot. Sucker punch is its best move because it's speed isn't the best and with SP, it hits first. Unless ofc you have someone else with priority... Then you're hopeless. Iron head is for stab and coverage and mainly because idk what else to put. I was thinking between low kick or psycho cut but idk.

Togekiss (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Air Slash
- Dazzling Gleam
- Thunder Wave
- Fire Blast
Just like Bisharp... This thing sorta just... Came... I needed a fairy type on the team so I just decided to throw this on. I've never used it before and from what I've seen, it's not bad. This thing alone can take out 2-3+ pokes if in the right conditions, but usually 2. The HP EV's are to take hits because I don't expect this thing to out speed anyone at all. So for that reason, I have T-Wave like everyone else. Air Slash is for the flinch with serene grace so if they're paralyzed, it's not gonna be a fun time. Dazzling Gleam is for stab and coverage and for those dragon types. I don't have roost just for the sole reason that it's not needed. This thing is pretty bulky, but let alone that, I prefer fire blast because it helps me ALOT with those steel types like Scizor that think they can just switch in and expect to kill me.

Well I think that's pretty much it, just lemme know what you think and I'm open to all legit suggestions. Just justify why you say what you said o_O Anyways, thanks for checking it out.

The way you wrote this hurt my eyes. Like legit made them water. Also use Scarf over Garchompite on Garchomp. It allows you to outspeed things and do a lot of damage.

I was thinking about it but I needed a mega on my team and I've always thought about using mega Chomp so yeah. Plus, it hits harder and is a better wallbreaker, and after some of the major threats are gone, it has nothing to worry about.

You can probably just disregard what I said there I was in hurry and needed to leave.

Here are my thoughts:

For Manaphy, it is genderless. I would opt Ice Beam for Rain Dance. It makes use of Manaphy’s self- healing ability and allows it to set up in front of stupid toxic+protect stallers like Gliscor. Another thing is Manaphy can check Charizard Y as long as it moves first. Do the Rain Dance while CharY is using Solarbeam then Surf it, he's dead. Yes, losing Ice Beam means you’re losing coverage but when you have +6 Surf under Rain Dance, almost noone, not even Chansey, can last more than two hits.

For Garchomp and Bisharp, you have 4 attacks. They qualify for wearing an assault vest if you like bulk. Mega Garchomp loses speed upon mega evolving and because of this, he is not a recommended mega evolution. I’d prefer Garchomp with a different power boosting item like Life Orb or Choice Band/Scarf, but Megachomp is better if you hate Knock-Off.

For Togekiss, I’ve ran a set for para-flinch with Roost in place of Dazzling Gleam. If you feel the need for coverage, keep it. I had Bold nature to enable Togekiss to survive a Choice Banded Bullet Punch from Scizor. Also, I had a Lum Berry instead of Leftovers since it faced all sorts of status conditions.

252+ Atk Choice Band Technician Scizor Bullet Punch vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Togekiss: 338-398 (90.3 - 106.4%) -- 43.8% chance to OHKO

Well there's a chance for it to survive, which it usually does, but I'll prolly just take off enough SAtk EV's and put it into Def so it can take the hit no matter what, then come back and OHKO it.

I'll try the rain dance Manaphy and see how it works out, it sounds good.

Bisharp doesn't need a Assault Vest because honestly, when a fighting/ground/fire move hits, it's not living, so I go with the life orb for extra damage. Chomp on the other hand is for slower pokes or as a wallbreaker. You have any suggestions for megas I could use to replace another poke if I take Chomp out?

I feel like mega charizard x can be a huge threat to your team how have you dealt with it?

Well, it's actually not. Only thing I have a problem with really is Greninja. He's the biggest threat I have. Other major ones are Tyranitar and Conkeldurr but I can't think of any other on the top of my head. But those 3 are the biggest imo, ESP Greninja.

To deal with Zard-X: Well usually I'll get a SR up before it comes out so it'll be hesitant to come out.

Usually I'll be able to T-Wave it while it DD's so its speed will be gone, so it makes ie easy for Chomp or Latios to come in and clean it up. Togekiss can survive an Adamant, non boosted Flare Blitz if it doesn't take SR damage.

Also, Zard-X only has a base stat of 100 for Speed so Latios can take out an unboosted Zard without a problem, unless it has a bulky set on it.

And sometimes, I won't even mega my Chomp so I can have the 101 base speed troll and hit it with Outrage or if I feel as if it'll switch out, I could just predict what it'll switch to and use something else.

But yeah, Zard isn't much of a threat. Maybe Y, but not X.

if you want mega chomp to wall break look at this

Item: GarchompiteAbility: Rough SkinNature: Hasty
EVs: 52 Atk / 204 SpA / 252 SpeIVs: Maxed
Draco Meteor
Earthquake
Fire Blast
Outrage
  • Garchomp Mega has amazing 170 based Atk and 120 base SAtk, making for a great mixed attacker.
  • Earthquake and your Dragon moves will be your main attacking moves, with Fire Blast giving coverage against pokemon like Skarmory and Ferrothorn.
  • Garchomp loses 10 base speed when it mega evolves, but it still is more than fast enough to be a great mixed wall breaker.
  • If you prefer to have perfect coverage, then you can replace either Draco Meteor or Outrage with Stone Edge to hit zapdos and other stufff
much better wall breaker or just go scarf chomp. and have you considered psychic>ice beam on manaphy

I'm a fan of Mega Venusaur. With weaknesses to flying and psychic and helpful resistances to fighting, water, grass, and electric, it fits on your team. You already have Latios as your dragon Pokemon. The only set back I see is it sort of conflicts with Manaphy having Rain Dance and Energy Ball.
