¬¬Froslass@Focus Sash
Timid
4HP/252SpAtk/252Spe
-Spikes
-Destiny Bond
-Taunt
-Ice Beam

Typical lead for a Froslass. If I suspect an entry hazard, I’ll go for Taunt. If not, then I’ll just put out a layer of Spikes. I probably won’t survive another attack which is why Destiny Bond is there. Most people would predict that though, so I might just go for a double switch. Ghost-typing helps to prevent spinners from taking away the Spikes.

Gengar@Life Orb
Timid
4HP/252SpAtk/252Spe
-Shadow Ball
-Focus Blast
-Substitute
-Pain Split

Sub+Pain Split Gengar does wonders for me and can pretty much OHKO anything that doesn't resist Ghost or Fighting after one Pain Split. His Ghost-typing and Levitate ability make it easy to switch him into almost anything. And his incredible speed should allow me to always set up a sub first. The goal here with this set is to keep subbing as much as possible and go for a Pain Split. If I’m granted with a free sub, then I’ll just Shadow Ball or Focus Blast and hope for a 2HKO. Advice on his HP spread would be appreciated, such as how many HP EVs/IVs are needed
to set up 4 subs from max HP.

Hitmontop@Muscle Band
Adamant
4Spe/252HP/252Atk
-Fake Out
-Mach Punch
-Sucker Punch
-Close Combat

My late game revenge killer. All his moves are prioritized so that he can take out any remaining Pokemon. I can switch him in to a Ghost-type attack, but I will probably just use him after one of my Pokemon have fainted. He can then resume to take out threats with his priority such as a Tyranitar after it’s set up Dragon Dances or a Cloyster after Shell Smashing.

Cresselia@Light Clay
Bold
4SpDef/252HP/252Def
-Lunar Dance
- Light Screen
-Thunder Wave
-Psychic

My wall and support. It can almost switch into anything without taking too much damage. And if it happens to, then Lunar Dance can serve its purpose. I will probably set up Light Screen first to get 8 free turns of halved special attacks. If anyone tries to set up then I can just paralyze them and cripple their speed. Psychic is just a strong STAB (or would Psyshock be better?). I may want to replace Psychic or Thunder Wave with Reflect, but I don’t know if that’s a good investment.

Latios@Choice Specs
Timid
4HP/252SpAtk/252Spe
-Trick
-Draco Meteor
-Surf
-Thunderbolt

Basically a quick sweeper who can deal massive quickly and efficiently. Thunderbolt exists to take care of Skarmoy and Surf is there for more coverage. Trick can cripple anything that tries to set up boosts or entry hazards. The main move of this set it Draco Meteor. Latios has many resistances and high SpDef, so he can switch in to almost any attack. His high speed coupled with a Specs Draco Meteor will probably OHKO anything that’s not steel. HP Fire is definitely an option, but low 70 base power and a Speed IV sacrifice is not worth it. I will probably switch him out to Cresselia after receiving the -3 SpAtk.

Cloyster@White Herb
Jolly
48HP/252Atk/208Spe
-Shell Smash
-Icicle Spear
-Rock Blast
-Razor Shell

Standard Shell Smashing Cloyster. I’ll set up a Shell Smash against any physical sweeper thanks to Cloyster’s massive Def. After a +2 boost in both its attacks and speed, he can proceed to attempt a sweep. White Herb helps him take hits better after a Shell Smash and Icicle Spear/Rock Blast are for power and coverage. Skill Link boosts their power to incredible amounts. Razor Shell is for a strong physical STAB and to hit any steels that resist Ice and Rock.

Comments'll be in bold, hope I can help

Typical Froslass, looks OK to me, although I've not seen alot so I can't be sure.

SubSplit Gengar. Looks good, but you can change those 4 EVs from HP to Def or SDef, as then Pain Split becomes a tad better. You could also think about changing Focus Blast to HpFighting, if you hate the low accuracy. You have to sacrifice alot of power to do such though, so it's up to you.

Which ability are you running? Well, nevermind. It looks pretty good, although you could run Choice Band, even if Hitmontop may not be as effective as some others at it. If anything, run Life Orb or Lefties over Muscle Band, because either are usually better.

Cresselia is good at what it does. Okay, I'd say replace Psychic with Psyshock, yeah. Otherwise, fine set, pretty standard.

Standard Spectios+Trick. There's nothing needed to be improved, it's been proven worthwhile.

Standard Shell Smash+Skill Link set. Massive damage, et cetera. No replacements or improvements.

Hope I helped any.

Too many things weak to pursuit here on this team. A Sp. Def lead Ttar can wreck all of your Pursuit weak mons. He can kill off Forslass without having to worry about Destiny Bond because sand will most likely kill it off. Gengar can do a number on it but will fail to KO with Focus Blast. Cress can live but it can do nothing back exept kill itself with Lunar Dance. Finally, Latios is easily revenge killed by Ttar after it locks itself into DM.

Thanks for the replies guys. Hitmontop is running Technician to get the most out of Mach Punch and Fake Out. Should I give Gengar 0 HP IVs as well?Good eye with the Tyranitar weakness. A specially defensive Tyranitar probably can't take out my Hitmontop though. But in case it can, should I replace him or one of Pursuit-weak Pokes? I wanted to use a different lead, but I wasn't sure who a good choice was.

Pretty good team. I like how some of the pokemon aren't seen much. I don't really have much to say but you might wanna try a Life orb on Himontop for an extra 20 percent attack power. And also I agree that himontop would probably be able to kill tyranitar especially if you put this life orb on. Well take the suggestion if you like it but leave it if you don't.
-Good Luck.

Oh yeah sorry I forgot to mention that I don't have Life Orb on Hitmontop because Gengar has it. I like to play with Item Clause. Maybe an Expert Belt for Hitmontop? 20% isn't as good as 30%, but I'm pretty sure Tyranitar can't survive a Close Combat. I'm still new at this though, so I'm not too sure. Any other suggestions/advice are much appreciated as were these.

over hitmontop i would try this out.
Conkeldurr @ Flame Orb
Ability Guts
Nature Adamant
252atk 252 Hp
Bulk up
Drain punch
Payback
Mach Punch

This guy is a bulky powerhouse. Trust me after one bulk up with the flame orb not much is gonna live through his attacks. Mach punch is so you have priority and with flame orb and bulk up can OHKO excadrill. Drain Punch has more power and heals him A LOT. payback is for psychic pokemon or others that resist fighting.

I have a Conkeldurr, but I wanted to try out a team that doesn't have too many "overused" (not the tier) Pokemon. Conkeldurr is definitely a powerhouse as you say, but unless there's something really wrong with Hitmontop, I'd prefer not to use him. And there's no way I'm giving Conkeldurr max speed EVs. But thanks for the advice, I'll switch around the two with battles.

ya i meant 252 atk 252 hp evs sry for the error

i understand why you dont want to use conkeldurr and no i dont think it is neccessary to swap them out.

I edited my previous post to what i originally meant.

I understand your rationale for using your two ghosts- but my only concern is that you're running two glass cannon ghosts. If possible, if you still wanted to keep both slots ghost-type, perhaps a Sub-Split Cofagrigus? It'd be less offensive, but it could eat some Ghost-hate while avoiding the Psychic weakness altogether, and with around the same HP, make more meaningful Subs (especially with those amazing defensive stats).

Cofagrigus /w Leftovers
Calm - Mummy
252 Sp.D/252 HP/4 Def
Pain Split
Substitute
Shadow Ball
Energy Ball

While this doesn't quite do the same thing Gengar does- being that it trades speed for walling ability, I feel that it'd be a legitimate option because it would still be able to wall and swap into a lot. Not to mention- mummy is a pain.
