Rating system

Hello admins, I know I'm new, but I have a suggestion which I think might benefit the Smogon forum community a fair amount...I've been reading over the blacklist thread (as I'd really not like to end up on it just by not knowing how to avoid a blacklistable offense) and it occurred to me that instead of everybody nominating anyone who has in the least bit slighted them for the blacklist - which seems to happen a fair bit, and cause quite a headache for the moderators - there could perhaps be a concurrent rating system on each user's profile. In this way users can comment on each others' behaviour, both good and bad, in a way which is public and easily accessible (one could simply check the user's rating and comments before trading or battling to see what others have had to say), allowing people to air their grievances (or satisfaction) without needing to resort to spamming the blacklist thread, which could then be much more effectively used for its intended use of naming people committing more serious offenses. What do you think?

I could see this work, except for one thing: Some people (read: retards and trolls) would just go over peoples profiles and mark everybody as griefer/scammer/etc, even those who doesn't care about wi-fi (I assume this is for wi-fi, right?). If that can be prevented, I see no reason to not to put this except for finding someone who got time and can add this.

This is a good idea... but we have numerous coding projects on our plate right now and very few competent/willing programmers. This would be very low on the priority list.
