Rattata (Analysis)

Cleffa doing FEAR better is no reason not use FEARattata (well, actually it is) because every Pokemon has the option of running an inferior or unorthofox set and Rattata has the awesome FEAR set it is so known for. Everyone knows it already, so it isn't essential, but just saying it's still usable!
It's heavily outclassed. If one of the LC QCs wants me to put it in then I will. It does have a ghost killing ability over cleffa but with so much hail and ss in gen4 lc it doesn't really work and is already in OO.
