In the choice band set's additional comments, it says:
<p>Choice Band Rayquaza enjoys Rapid Spin or Magic Bounce support to remove Stealth Rock so that way it can switch in and out without taking that residual damage. Skarmory, Deoxys-S, Forretress, and Groudon can all set up hazards reliably. Forretress and Deoxys-S can also prevent hazards with either Rapid Spin or a fast Taunt, respectively. Choice Band Rayquaza also enjoys Scizor and Jirachi support. Both are Steels that can absorb Dragon-type and Ice-type attacks as well as scout with U-turn, which is useful when trying to build up momentum against the opponent. Jirachi can even pass Wishes, which can be key as Rayquaza lacks recovery. Paralysis support is extremely recommended if using this set as a late-game sweeper, as it makes Rayquaza much more difficult to revenge kill and allows it power through Lugia much more easily.

Ok, going to fix that in the post above + add this from Trickroom's thread

Latias and Latios will check Mixed/unboosted Rayquaza and that's about it. SD set still OHKOes both with +2 ExtremeSpeed while Kyurem forms still dies with SR + Spikes support which is common when using SD Rayquaza. DD Rayquaza still rampages through all of them. Multiscale Lugia isn't really changing Rayquaza much because Lugia checks Rayquaza even in the past.

But yea, this needs to be on site, poppy's SubShiffling set is already on site, and QC members did kinda wanted me to write this, and its a little irritating to see it just sitting here not being uploaded.
