Pet Mod RBY CAP (CAP 3 - Competitive Learnset)

concerned we mightve already made the attack too high with gastlies’ spread, which i take a lot of responsibility for bc i advocated raising it a bit earlier in the convo it was 95-100 or something, the attack stat was supposed to help in a lead matchup vs gengar but i think i was too focused on it being a lead (with the whole haze preventing sleep blocking thing).
with the high attack this might j kick rhydon out of the metagame, reality is rhydon’s normal resist is hard to use anyway, and not like the rock stab is all that important, this typing has so many advantages defensively.
none of the spreads seem massively different but 130 attack in ema’s spread is rhydon attack which is why im not voting for it, and i vote gastlies first bc it has slightly lower attack than the other spread (also i tend to vote the collaborative spreads anyway). even with the lower attack might kick rhydon out and be super strong idk.
but at least the two new caps increase the relevance of rhydon’s stab rock slide

RBY CAP 3 - Competitive Learnset
You know the drill at this point. This should include every option that either will be on its primary sets or can possibly change its matchup spread. Don't know when I'll open votes but until then, post away!
Relevant Moves: Haze, Earthquake, Surf, Hyper Beam, Body Slam, Spore
Opted not to give it Ice or Rock coverage to create some more counterplay to it as a sleeper. It already kinda beats Zapdos by existing, but its lower special. As a lead it's interesting as it blocks twave from Zam/Mie but loses vs Jynx leads. Opted to give it spore to embrace the sleeper role, and with it being the slowest of the OU sleepers, it seems worth the trade off to get the most reliability.
