• Schedule via Smogon VMs. It's easier for us to make decisions for activity calls when we can actually see what went down with scheduling.
• If you are unable to schedule with your opponent, please let your managers know ASAP so they can communicate that to us or the other team's managers for a potential substitute.
• When making a substitution, please tag myself, the managers of the opposing team, and all of the players affected by the substitute to ensure that everyone is made aware. Players who have already played in the week or were subbed out in the same week cannot be subbed back in.
• If a match remains incomplete by the time of the deadline, it will be subject to an activity call.
• Replays are mandatory. Not only are they useful for confirming wins, but they also contribute to usage stats and allow the people who couldn't watch the games live to watch them later.
• To managers: Please send us your lineups in the same format that we used to post pairings. It makes it much easier to post future rounds more quickly.
• All formats are Best of 3 with the exception of RBY 1v1 which is a Best of 7.
• Please note in NC97, No two Pokémon can be asleep, if you put multiple to sleep, you lose. And clicking the move Struggle violates Struggle Clause and will result in the offending player forfeiting the game.

Week 1 Highlight Matchups! I'm going to try to post these again this year to keep up the hype. I've been a bit absent for the past six months, so pardon my outdated takes.

RBY STABmons OU: Mana vs Acetylaldehyde
The STABmons pool didn't end up looking quite like I expected, but I did foresee these two coming back as starters. Mana put together an excellent season in RBYOMPL I, and I again look forward to seeing the builds he brings and the plays he makes this year. Acetylaldehyde didn't have as strong of an appearance last year, but he did manage a critical win over Mana in the finals. As the resident STABmons fan, this is probably my most anticipated matchup for the season within the tier.

Stadium Rentals: Toxin Boost vs Daniolo7
Our descendants will one day look back and wonder how Stadium Rentals got into a Forum Team Tour. Toxin Boost has been a formidable opponent in a variety of RBY's low tiers and side formats for a while now. And as a Stadium enthusiast, I think he is poised for a strong performance. Daniolo7 is relatively new to Smogon tournaments but is acting as the sole representative of the independent Stadium Rentals Community based in Spain. I don't know what to expect, but I look forward to seeing how that community approaches the game. This matchup will pit the education offered by Smogon University against the private education of the EU.

Nintendo Cup 1997: WildCard782 vs seyokaya01
Picking my own manager is probably a little lame, but I am looking forward to seeing two pretty creative NC97 players duking it out. WildCard782 put together a now infamous run through the play-ins of the Live Champions Tournament with a Tangela, so who knows what he might cook up this time. seyokaya01 went undrafted last year, despite a lot of experience with NC97. I was concerned that seyokayao1 would go undrafted again, but it seems like the Mankeys recognized the value, given they ended up putting down a lot of credits during the auction. Should be a fun set.

RBY Stadium Rentals: Quarante8 vs Enigami
There is a lot to be said about the Stadium Rentals pool. Quarante8 has been a long-time OU powerhouse in the RBY Forum and Enigami was awoken from semi-retirement just to play this tier. I think this matchup speaks for itself.

I think I can realistically spotlight any Draft matchup in any week. A shockingly strong pool of players in an essentially brand new metagame can only lead to excitement.
