Uh, what? The nature a specific spread gets is based on your TID/SID, any IV spread can have any nature, you just can't get a single spread with every nature on the same save. But since so few people do that kind of RNG and trade, it's not very likely to come up in this thread anyways.
Its a hack from pokeGTS (a fake GTS server that used to spit out hacks back when 5th gen wi-fi was a thing).

Could you elaborate? The only editor I'm aware of is pkhex/cyber edit and is japan system only and those are 0atk hp fire. This is as if U.S.console soft reset wonder card.
The 0 Atk HP Fire Jirachi was created and injected. This Jirachi came from a "legitimate" Wondercard and has edited IV's, I'm not going to tell you how. It's edited and can't be traded here.
Edit: Not to mention, the region of origin isn't US/ENG; it would be [Kalos]. You don't see region in-game.
