As long as the Pokémon is (originally) legitimate, and not edited by such a process, then yes, so long as your methods are documented in your thread.

Of course I'm guessing there's not enough data yet to be 100% certain that nothing is edited by the process, so proceed with caution for now.

We could check if something is edited by checking a pokemon's data with PKHex and then clone it and check the clone's data with PKHex and compare them.

Indeed we could, but I have no intention of doing so. And that wouldn't necessarily mean it was absolutely safe in all cases (could be some incorrect character mapping; c.f. Farfetch'd and Farfetch`d issue a while back, etc.). It also doesn't guarantee that the original dump was 100% faithful.

But like I said, so long as you're sure the clone is unedited from the original it's not an issue so long as you mention your methods in your thread.

I meant we in a general sense, not in the literal sense of you and me. Anyway I'll leave the testing to someone who wants to clone with that method since I have powersaves.

Keldeo should not know secret sword (normal form keldeo) and Keldeo should have a classic ribbon. It's a hack

Good... I got scammed... Oh well, luckily I checked here since I was going to open a trade thread when this little guy came to my eye and I was wondering if I could put it in my trade thread... Anyway, thank you very much for your help, now I don't risk to give someone a Hacked mon anymore
 
Sacred Sword is not Secret Sword, Secret Sword is the one that changes forme. But I think anything in a Cherish Ball should have a ribbon, so it's probly hacked

I didn’t think to ask where they came from and now I’m stuck not knowing which are hacked and which are not. I tried checking with serebii’s eventdex, but I wanted to triple check.

The Arceus could be legit, but the Celebi I believe is hacked
 
Exactly what do you want checked? It's perfectly possible to get, and there isn't really any way to hack check it.

That has GOT to be the worst hack I've ever seen. It was probably injected.
