The metal the Frigate is made out of is cold beneath your feet, and rain from the clouds you fly through soaks into your clothes. Colress already has one legend at his disposal — you'd better stop him before he can get another!
  • The default weather is Rain, with indefinite duration. This Rain cannot be discarded. At the start of each round, remove all Forecast markers from it.
  • The first time it uses Techno Blast per sendout, Colress's Genesect may specify any type and Techno Blast will become that type. Future instances of Techno Blast during the same sendout will remain that type. Techno Blast will not fail on the first step of a round, even if it was executed on the prior step.
  • Camouflage turns the user into a Steel type
  • Secret Power may lower the defender's Attack stage by one (1) for their next three (3) turns
  • Nature Power becomes Flash Cannon

power weight and weakness policy should be removed from our backpacks, and genesect shouldn't be in reserve. besides that everything looks good
