If you ever heard about the stereotype of stern, rough dragons, you'd think this one fits it to a T. And, mostly, you'd be right. If we ever needed someone to look after the camp, Saint Cichol here was the one to take up the role. No sloppiness would be tolerated! Although this did increase everyone's quality of life, some of the team members didn't take very kindly to the new, draconic rule.
There actually are tales of a formidable Druddigon vanquishing foe after foe in the far northern regions of Unova. He never claimed to be that fearsome Druddigon, but some details concord, so in doubt, everyone has decided to treat him with deference.
Under all that spooky exterior is a genuinely altruistic Pokémon who will watch out for the weak and the lost. Councelor, shield, guiding light: Saint Cichol owns up to his title by being all three at the same time.

This fellow always has a forlorn look in his eyes, as if longing for something that is no more. You can get him looking at the faraway sea, sighing and staring for hours.
The weirdest thing is that he's jolly the rest of the time: cracking jokes, having a good attitude all-around and a live-and-let-live kinda mentality. He really like the rain and basically any body of water: you'll see him running across the surface, happy as a Happiny.
In combat, you'll see him trying to douse you with water again and again, preferring to keep his distances until necessary.
