Alright, I'm going to be rating your new team right now. Your Garchomp set is just fine, it's very reliable at getting rocks up, though perhaps Fire Blast over Swords Dance is better. What I see is that your team lacks a true revenge killer. Things like Volcarona or Dragonite can run through your team after a single turn of setup due to lacking a scarfer / revenge killer. Scizor's Bullet Punch just isn't enough due to lack of power and many Pokemon resisting it. To answer to this I recommend Choice Scarf Terrakion in place of one of your Pokemon, though it is your choice what to replace it with. Choice Scarf Terrakion runs through Volcorona and Dragonite easily with Stone Edge, and has very powerful fighting STAB to back it up.
I don't know what's wrong with the raters on here giving you these weird ass sets but ok... How does Psych Up help you at all on Latios? Volcarona can kill you before you can kill it off, Calm Mind users aren't all that common anyways, but I guess in very niche cases it could be helpful. However, Psyshock is much better to beat Blissey, Breloom without resorting to Draco Meteor, Keldeo, etc. White Herb is a very niche item for Latios to fire off 2 Draco Meteors at a time, but since the opponent will usually send out a check to Latios, Latios will usually be switching out anyways. I recommend an Expert Belt over a White Herb to boost your power a bit while bluffing a choice item. It's very effective to lure in Scizor and friends since Choice sets are the most common Latios set, while you can kill them with the respective STAB move. Scizor comes in after a "choiced" locked Psyshock? HP Fire gets a surprise kill, etc.
Why do you have Magma Storm on Heatran? Lava Plume is a much better option, though albeit much weaker, the burn chance and accuracy is more than welcome on such a defensive Heatran set. I would suggest Roar over Earth Power to phaze out opponents, but it's really just preference. If you really want to go offensive with Magma Storm, a Sunny Day Magma Storm set is awesome to trap Politoeds and Tyranitars and cancel out their weather, which is quite cool for weatherless teams.
