(Overview)
Although regice might in be in the PU tier, that doesnt really mean that regice cant be played in ubers,though it would be a little risky at the same time to set up due to threats such as Special P-Groudon and boosted attackers like Calm mind arceus,Geomancy xerneas and mostly anything that could resist ice-type moves well. But, if its a hazard set-up mon that Regice is facing,then its your chance to start being bulky

(Positives)
- Since Regice’s defense isn’t really great,it could use curse to boost its decent defense and at the same time raising its attack to deal more damage using Avalanche. Rest is it’s only reliable recovery move and it does allow Regice to stall out some PP from strong physical moves that aren’t super effective against it. Amnesia is just to give Regice a reliable way to help boost its Special Defense Stats and if Regice is already on 2+ or 4+ Curse, it can freely boost whatever it wants.
- It does not have to worry about toxic spams since it has rest for recovery
- It has Clear Body which prevents its stats from being lowered, which will make it difficult to take down Regice if it’s already boosted
(Negatives)
- It’s Checks and Counters and not really much when Regice is already boosted, The only counters are Critical Hits, Leech Seed, some stat reset moves such as haze and clear smog, and mostly Encore wobbuffet. If Wobbuffet is able to successfully lock regice into either Curse or Amnesia, it could switch out and bring whatever is super effective against regice but only if regice is unboosted.
- Avalanche could be only taught in Gen 4
- It does kind of rely on prediction whether the attacker is Special or Physical.
-It only has one attacking move

-This is just a suggestion and I have tested it before,it does work 80-85% of the time
-Regice could be paired with anything that could resist Regice’s weakness
- You could change the 4th slot for a physical move of your choice
