Rejected Release Unreleased Items in National Dex

I suggest, that unreleased items, such as custap berry etc. and maybe the Gems are released to the National Dex Format. In the National Dex Format we have nearly all features from past gens (even if updated to the latest mechanics they had in the games they appeared in), but items we had in USUM like the custap berry are now unreleased. I think if these items are released for the National Dex Format it would make more sense as it is a Format that already combines many mechanics/Items from different gens (like Megas/Z-Moves/New Gen 8 items etc.). Why leave out certain items in an all-combining Format?
 
We don't decide the format rules for Anything Goes sorry. That would be up to the Anything Goes tier leader/community I assume.
