[OVERVIEW]

Relicanth faces stiff competition from the other offensive Rock-types such as Kabutops, Carracosta, and Lycanroc. Relicanth is held back by its low Speed and a middling base 90 Attack stat, not hitting as hard as other wallbreakers, especially Aggron. Relicanth's poor special bulk and common weaknesses also hold it back. Additionally, Relicanth struggles with many common Pokemon in the metagame such as Quagsire and Poliwrath, limiting its effectiveness as a wallbreaker.

[SET]
name: Choice Band
move 1: Head Smash
move 2: Waterfall
move 3: Earthquake
move 4: Zen Headbutt
item: Choice Band
ability: Rock Head
nature: Adamant
evs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]

This set attempts to act as a wallbreaker using a Relicanth's access to a powerful STAB move in Head Smash with a Choice Band. However, Relicanth is mostly outclassed by Aggron as a Rock-type Choice Band user due to its superior Attack stat and typing. Relicanth also competes with other offensive Water / Rock types such as Kabutops and Carracosta, the former of which is faster and both of which have access to priority with Aqua Jet and the ability to boost their stats with Swords Dance and Shell Smash.

Relicanth faces stiff competition from the other offensive Rock-types such as Kabutops, Carracosta, and Aggron (why do these mons outclass Relicanth? Mention that they are stronger and faster). Relicanth is held back by its low speed and a middling base 90 Attack stat, leaving it not hitting as hard as other wallbreakers (like/such as...), especially when not using Head Smash. (you can mention the fact that that the low speed means Relicanth is forced out by faster mons that dont allow it to anything like Lilligant and finds it really hard to function as a wallbreaker)

This set attempts to act as a wallbreaker using a Relicanth's access to a high BP STAB move in Head Smash with a Choice Band. However, Relicanth is mostly outclassed by Aggron as a Rock-Type Choice Band user due to its superior Attack stat and typing. Relicanth also competes with other offensive Water- Rock-types such as Kabutops and Carracosta, the former being faster and the both having access to priority with Aqua Jet.
