Resistances

Team build around the great resistances of the pokemon. Featuring Pert-Nite-Tran triangle, Cele-Tran combo aswell as all the resistances of TTar and Scizor. Proofs no all out walls like bliss/cress/dusk/hippo/skarm/gliscor/weezing are needed.

Scizor@Choiceband
Trait: Technican
Adamant Nature (+atk, -sp.atk)
252 Atk / 240 HP / 16 Sp.def
- U-turn
- Iron Head
- Pursuit
- Quick Attack

Not only does this pokemon look really cool, it has probably been the most useful one in the team so far. Usually spamming really strong u-turns, killing gengars and picking up weak pokemon in late game.

Swampert@Leftovers
Trait: Torrent
Relaxed Nature (+def, -speed)
240 HP / 216 Def / 52 Sp.Atk
- Earthquake
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Stealth Rock

Bog Bog Bog Standard. Helps the team against things like Metagross and Ttar.

Dragonite@Leftovers
Trait: Inner Focus
Impish Nature (+Def, -Sp.atk)
248 HP / 132 Speed / 96 Defense / 32 Sp.def
- Dragon Claw
- Roost
- T-wave / Toxic
- Light Screen

Supportive Nite is very bulky and helps out with it's EQ immunity, fighting resist can double screens with celebi, helps me out with non hp ice Infernape aswell. 248 gives max leftovers + 1 hp, leaving 4 extra for Speed to outspeed other bulky nites/mence that aim for 228(Gliscor).

Heatran@Leftovers
Trait: Flash Fire (IV: 23 Atk, 30 Sp.Atk)
Modest Nature (+Sp.Atk, -Atk)
252 Sp.Atk / 128 Speed / 128 HP
- Metal Sound
- Lava Plume
- Earth Power
- HP [Electric:70]

Metal Sound Heatran is cool, forces switches and can beat Bliss and Cresselia with relative ease. Speed evs to get 222 which outspeeds Adamnt TTars. HP electric is to hurt Gyarados/vaporeon/starmie/milotic switch ins.

Celebi.gif

Celebi@Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
Calm Nature (+Sp.def, -Atk)
252 HP / 220 Def / 36 Speed
- Leech Seed
- Grass Knot
- Recover
- Reflect

Bog standard aswell except for Reflect+Calm which gives double screens with Nite. Stops Gyarados, Breloom and force switches by spamming leech seed.

tyranitar.png

Tyranitar@Leftovers
Trait: Sandstream
Careful Nature (+sp.def, -sp.atk)
252 HP / 200 Sp.def / 56 Atk
- Rest
- Sleeptalk
- Crunch
- Earthquake / Brick break

Takes status, walls really well on the special site, stops things like Heatran and Raikou with ease. The team also doesn't mind it's Sandstream at all. EQ is more powerful but brick break gives a non-resist combination with crunch.

Mixape OHKOs all of your team. Consider a Tentacruel, Vaporeon, Moltres or Cresselia somewhere.

I thought the same thing at first, but it's not quite true. I was using it in UU and...bam! Out came Toxicroak and I was walled pretty badly.

In OU, I don't think you should have any problems, though.

I agree with SkarmBlissCounter.

Heracross resists Dark/Fighting in OU and can seriously hurt 4/6 of your team. (Close Combat Tyranitar and Heatran, Megahorn Celebi, Stone Edge Dragonite). Swampert might be able to handle it, but then you still have Infernape issues. Tentacruel gives you a fighting resist which helps against Heracross, and can also deal with Infernape.

On Celebi, your EVs are strange. 252 HP / 116 Def / 92 Sp. Def / 36 Spe (Bold) gives you the exact same stats with 12 EVs to spare that you can throw into Def, Sp. Def, or Sp. A.

Thanks, Gonna try both Tenta and Vaporeon > Swampert to cover the infernape weak. I like their rapid spin or wish options too. May but SR on celebi then, gonna change the iv's an him aswell.

Changed Nites evs to 244 hp/176 def/88sp.def

With all the resistances I can beat hera/ape with prediction, been handling them pretty well, useally revanche killing them with quick attack after their CC drowdown an/or life orb damage.

The Team is interesting, but its slow as absolute shit. DD Life Orb Gyarados can run through this team with little trouble, but my main concern is fast sweepers that rely on movepool to sweep rather than stat-upping. This team will have trouble with Surf, Ice Beam, Agility, SubPetaya Empoleon, Swift Swim Ludicolo, Standard Mixnape, etc.
