set 1
Name: Axellent
Stats: 84/108/86/86/108/84 (BST: 544)
Typing: Ice
Ability: Libero/Technician
Movepool: Universal TMs +
- Physical: Triple Axel, Ice Shard, Hi Jump Kick, Rapid Spin, Waterfall, Icicle Crash, Trop Kick, U-turn, Quick Attack, Seismic Toss
- Special: Ice Beam, Aurora Beam, Water Pulse, Surf, Aura Sphere, Blizzard, Air Cutter, Frost Breath
- Status: Work Up, Agility, Aurora Veil, Hail, Reflect, Mist
Desc.: Semi-offensive hazard removal with two viable abilities. It doesn't have much in the way of set-up options with decent at best coverage. It really hates the fighting types in the tier, but decently checks most of the dragons and flying types.

set 2 (Aromatisse)
Name: Alfactery
Stats: 101/72/82/99/109/29 (BST: 492)
Typing: Fairy
Ability: Healer/-/Aroma Veil
Movepool: Aromatisse's movepool + Aura Sphere, Defog, Teleport
Desc.: (Another?) Bulky wish passer with some form of hazard control, with potential for OTR sets. Teleport WishPassing is definitely a pain to deal with, but then again this thing doesnt have Magic Guard and Wish is its only good form of recovery, so if you're not careful, chip damage could accumulate to the point where you can no longer switch in. OTR sets are definitely menacing for more offensive teams, but these sets suffer from 4MSS, wanting space for Trick Room, Moonblast, and deciding between what coverage to run and Nasty Plot. It really hates Zoltanka, which is pretty much a hard counter, while mons like Cyknight, Crypterid and Faerenheit can check it decently well. In turn, this mon provides a way for slower teams to better handle offense, while also providing balance and offense with cleric support.

set 3
Name: Rancourgar
Stats: 85/106/64/98/118/100 (BST: 577)
Typing: Normal/Fire
Ability: Reckless/Soundproof/Anger Point
Movepool: Universal TMs +
- Physical: Double Edge, Flare Blitz, Wild Charge, Fire Fang, Thunder Fang, Scratch, Slash, Body Slam, Bounce, Shadow Claw, Crunch, Bite, Quick Attack, Flame Charge
- Special: Hyper Voice, Flamethrower, Snarl, Overheat, Fire Blast, Round
- Status: Will-O-Wisp, Toxic, Noble Roar, Work Up, Sunny Day, Roar, Screech, Taunt
Desc.: Sort of like a bulkier Pyroar I guess. You'd think Reckless boosted hits coming from base 106 Attack would be devastating. Surprisingly, it's still manageable, with decent switch-ins like Thick Fat Borassa, Aerock and most of the dragons and waters decently walling it. It does however handle offensive threats like Cyknight, Flydra, and Teslaple much better and can also function as an emergency special check if need be. Flame Charge can help against faster threats, but 64 Def means it is still vulnerable to priority options like Triage Drain Punch.

Set 1
Fakemon Name: Flamment
Stats: 104/99/65/65/99/104 (536)
Typing: Fire/Dragon
Abilities: Contrary (Stake Out)
Moves: Overheat, Dracometeor, Flamethrower, Flare Blitz, Outrage, Coil, Dragon Rush, Superpower, U-Turn, Crunch, Dark Pulse, Universal TMs
Description: If you were hoping for a better Serperior I'm afraid you're mistaken. This thing has less Speed and SpAtk, and while its STAB combo is 'better', Quadringo and Faernheit just resist all your coverage too, which is a very limited selection of types.

Set 2 (Ribombee)
Fakemon Name: Beesweet
Stats: 86/40/90/95/80/129 (520)
Typing: Bug/Fairy
Abilities: Prankster/Thick Fat (Own Tempo)
Moves: Ribombees
Description: Better Ribombee. It has priority defog, toxic, screens and webs. It can also set up QD and sweep... well sorta, Steel and Fire types are brutal punishment as its best coverage (Psychic) wont do too much to them. Cyknight can take a hit, 2 most likely, and KO with Intrepid STAB. Zoltanka seems custom made to counter Beesweet with Screen Clear and steel typing.

Set 3
Fakemon Name: Typhinch
Stats: 85/55/80/98/118/61 (497)
Typing: Dark/Flying
Abilities: Delta Stream (Cloud Nine)
Moves: Defog, U-Turn, Recover, Hurricane, Nasty Plot, Dark Pulse, Spikes, Toxic, Foul Play, Sludge Wave, Air Slash, Whirlwind
Description: So this is almost like a Mandibuzz that can NP if it wants to and set up Spikes. With weakness only to Fairy, it certainly has tools to overcome some serious enemies. Although compared to Mandi, it can't take hits quite as well. The fact it has so few weaknesses as a Dark/Fly type however is pretty huge at least on the special side and it doesn't have to risk giving itself its Dark weaknesses back by using Roost. On the other hand, 98 SpAtk with TTar speed is not the best sweeper but should have no problem getting in and whirl-winding out the right enemies. In fact, it's got a great switchin in Foliclaw who resist its STAB/Sludge Wave attacking sets provided you have room for Sludge Wave instead of U-Turn, Defog, Spikes and healing. Be glad it doesn't also get Heat Wave.

Fakemon Name: Dirtoad
Set Number: 1
Stats: 95/110/60/60/110/95 (530 BST)
Typing: Water/Ground
Abilities: Dry Skin/Hydration/(Damp)
Movepool: Aqua Jet, Body Slam, Bulldoze, Dig, Dive, Double-Edge, Earth Power, Earthquake, Encore, Fake Out, Flail, Flip Turn, High Horsepower, Hydro Pump, Hyper Voice, Ice Beam, Ice Punch, Life Dew, Liquidation, Mega Punch, Poison Jab, Rain Dance, Rock Slide, Scald, Scorching Sands, Sludge Bomb, Surf, Toxic, Waterfall, All Universal TMs
Description: This dirty toad uses its decent hp, good special bulk and good defensive type to find switch-in opportunities against many pokemons. Once it gets in, it can make use of its solid speed, attack and coverage to threaten the opposition. If it can't find an opening in the opponent's team though, it can just Flip Turn into a teammate. It functions well on the rain teams led by Kapagon as Dry Skin gives it longevity and boosted Flip Turn and Liquidation become powerful wallbreaking tools. With its bulk, type, power and speed, it can counter or check dangerous offensive threats such as Vulcaraptor, Regolite, Afloof, Coracrab and Cyknight. It can also smash defensive staples such as Sharm and Faerenheit with its ground stab. However, it struggles against the bulky Grass and Water types of the format. Regenerator Kapagon, Borassa, Centhorn and Teslaple can switch into it thanks to their decent bulk and either threaten it out or pivot into another pokemon that can. Very good offensive pivot that can threaten many pokemons but it has some solid counters.

Based off Hatterene
Fakemon Name: Mirose
Set Number: 2
Stats: 57/90/95/136/103/29
Typing: Grass/Steel
Abilities: Anticipation/Healer/(Magic Bounce)
Movepool: Aromatherapy, Bind, Calm Mind, Energy Ball, Flash Cannon, Giga Drain, Grass Knot, Grassy Terrain, Ingrain, Iron Defense, Leaf Storm, Leech Seed, Metal Burst, Metal Sound, Petal Blizzard, Petal Dance, Power Whip, Seed Bomb, Solar Beam, Spikes, Sunny Day, Synthesis, Weather Ball, Wrap, All Universal TMs
Description: Interesting form of hazard control in the form of Magic Bounce. With its Grass/Steel type, it might seem like a pain to take out, but its low HP makes it far less bulky than it seems to be. Still, it can work decently against some offensive mons such as Regolite, Coracrab or Teslaple. It's mainly an annoyance to defensive mons such as Donzyxote, Borassa and Sharm. With the time it is given against these pokemons, it's free to set up with Calm Mind or to set Spikes. Speaking of Calm Mind, Mirose's special attack is very high. That lets it seriously chip into both offensive and defensive mons if ran with maximum special attack investment. It can also set up and become incredibly strong and hard to KO with Iron Defense+Calm Mind. In short, a Magic Bouncer that can use its free turns against some defensive mons and become a threat if you're not careful against it.

Fakemon Name: Aurorowl
Set Number: 3
Stats: 85/60/89/98/118/90 (540 BST)
Typing: Flying/Ice
Abilities: Delta Stream/(Snow Warning)
Movepool: Acrobatics, Aerial Ace, Agility, Air Cutter, Air Slash, Ancient Power, Aurora Veil, Blizzard, Brave Bird, Dazzling Gleam, Defog, Drill Peck, Dual Wingbeat, Endeavor, Fake Tears, Flail, Fly, Freeze-Dry, Fury Attack, Hail, Haze, Hurricane, Ice Beam, Ice Shard, Icy Wind, Ominous Wind, Peck, Powder Snow, Pluck, Roost, Shadow Ball, Sky Attack, Steel Wing, Tailwind, U-Turn, Weather Ball, Whirlwind, All Universal TMs
Description: We're both lacking in Ice types and defensive hazard removal. Aurorowl is both. With Delta Stream, it has 3 weaknesses, 3 resistances and 1 immunity making its type actually decent. It still needs Heavy-Duty-Boots to function but many other pokemons do and that doesn't stop them from being good. With Defog and U-Turn it makes for a solid hazard control mon that can also pivot for more efficiency. It's also an Aurora Veil setter that also has access to U-Turn to help its teammates get in safely. The veil set won't be good defensively at all though since you lose Boots and Delta Stream. With its very good special defense, it can counter many special attackers such as Serpaint, Torgeist, Regolite, Life Orb Afloof, Spiriteal and Teslaple. Overall, good special wall with good utility.

24 hour warning for subs!

Fakemon Name: Destromet
Set Number: 1
Stats: 60/80/115/115/80/60 (510)
Typing: Ice/Fire
Abilities: Flame Body / Ice Body / Sheer Force
Movepool: Ancient Power, Ice Beam, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Nasty Plot, Flame Charge, Rising Voltage, Shock Wave, Solar Beam, Aurora Veil, Hail, Sunny Day, Will-o-Wisp, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Fire Spin, Haze, Flare Blitz, Icicle Crash, Ice Shard, Solar Blade, Rock Tomb, universal TMs
Description: Very slow, but powerful Sheer Force breaker with extremely little defensive utility. You're practically forced to run Boots, but Destromet is very powerful regardless and will likely do some big damage if it comes in. The exception is if your opponent has Abysseil or Faerenheit, but even so, Nasty Plot + Ancient Power lets you break Faerenheit. I'm not sure if Ancient Power fits here, but I don't know what a better fourth slot would be, between NP Ancient Power and STABs. Even so, it still fits the type and stat restrictions no matter what.

Voting has begun!

Here's a simple sub compilation, not split into categories...
Fakemon Name: Entrouble
Set Number: 1 (Type, Ability, Move)
Stats: 50/100/50/100/50/130 | BST: 490
Typing: Fire / Ice
Abilities: Flame Body / Ice Body | Ice Scales (HA)
Movepool: *Learns Universal TMs
Special: Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Overheat, Ice Beam, Frost Breath, Blizzard, Scald, Water Pulse, Tri-Attack, Weather Ball
Physical: Flare Blitz, Fire Punch, Flame Wheel, Triple Axel, Ice Shard, Icicle Crash, Ice Punch, Avalanche, Liquidation, Explosion, Rapid Spin, Double Hit
Status: Light Screen, Reflect, Haze, Mist, Double Team
Description: A pokemon designed to check fast and powerful threats like Flydra whilst having more defensive counters. It has a neat one-two punch with Overheat and Frost Breath, with the critical hits bypassing the SpA drops. It hits a large number of strong offense pokemon super effectively, such as Flydra, Vulcaraptor, Nimbusteed, Polbearab, and Cyknight. However, it needs to use Heavy-Duty Boots and lacks coverage to hit Water types, meaning a lot of defensive pokemon can take it on. It's matchups aren't totally skewed or one-dimensional, though; it beats some defensive pokemon, loses to most priority, and has some switch-in potential thanks to Ice Scales.
The name comes from "entropy" and "double". The "in trouble" pun also works because the fire half would seemingly melt the ice half. The design is based loosely on a yin yang symbol, which I know is not the most creative thing ever, but I've always thought of fire and ice as great symbols of chaos and order. The pokemon consists of what seems like two pixies, conjoined at the wrist. One is a fireball, and the other is a snowball. They dance merrily as though skipping around while holding hands. When performing attacks, they spin around each other, leaving a swirling trail that looks like a yin yang symbol.

Fakemon Name: Lupirit
Set Number: 2 (Type and Stats of Froslass)
Stats: 70 / 80 / 70 / 80 / 70 / 110 | BST: 480
Typing: Ghost / Ice
Abilities: Adaptability / Fur Coat | Magic Guard (HA)
Movepool:
Special: Ice Beam, Blizzard, Frost Breath, Shadow Ball, Hex, Dark Pulse, Hyper Voice
Physical: Poltergeist, Shadow Claw, Shadow Sneak, Ice Shard, Icicle Spear, Icicle Crash, Ice Fang, Extreme Speed, U-turn, Crunch,
Status: Will-o-Wisp, Taunt, Strength Sap, Hone Claws, Pain Split, Switcheroo
Description: A fairly versatile fast attacker or supporter. Despite the modest offenses, Adaptability boosts a fully invested (neutral nature) stat up to 344, enough for Poltergeist to pack a big punch, especially with a boosting item. Magic Guard + Life Orb accomplishes something similar, but helps more defensively and boosts non-STAB moves as well. Finally Fur Coat can work with Strengh Sap and Will-o-Wisp to shut down slower physical attackers.
An arctic wolf that starved to death as a result of habitat loss. It still stalks the barren tundra looking for prey. The ability of a white-colored wolf to blend in with its surroundings and stalk silently makes it a good fit for ghost-type, as well. In a snow storm where visibility is low and there is a lot of background noise, you may as well be being stalked by a ghost.

Fakemon Name: Wattato
Set Number: 3 (Stats, Move)
Stats: 85/120/104/98/118/45 | BST: 570
Typing: Grass / Ground
Abilities: Battery / Lightning Rod | Galvanize (HA)
Movepool: *Learns Universal TMs
Special: Giga Drain, Energy Ball, Solar Beam, Earth Power, Scorching Sands, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Discharge, RIsing Voltage, Sludge Bomb, Tri Attack, Terrain Pulse, Hyper Beam
Physical: Power Whip, Horn Leech, Vine Whip, Earthquake, High Horsepower, Double Edge, Wrap, Giga Impact, Body Press, Superpower, Wild Charge, Megahorn, Leech Life
Status: Stealth Rock, Shore Up, Synthesis, Leech Seed, Thunder Wave, Aromatherapy, Growth, Ingrain, Grassy Terrain, Sunny Day, Sandstorm
Description: A pretty good blocker of Volt Switch, especially from the likes of Zoltanka, Teslapple, and Sharm. It has a strong attacking movepool that makes it tough to switch into (although Bug types and Nimbusteed are fairly safe), although this is made up for by its weaknesses to many attackers. Also another electrified agricultural product is always good to have.
How to make a Grass/Ground that uses an -ate ability and still makes some amount of sense? Well, a potato battery is what I came up with. It has horns made of those tubers that start to grow out of potatoes if you leave them in the pantry too long.

Evolution line is Electuber > Yamamp > Wattato

Fakemon Name: Gloomurk (Gloom and murk.)
Stats: 90 / 50 / 130 / 50 / 130 / 30 (490)
Typing: Ghost / Poison
Abilities: Neutralizing Gas / No Second Ability / Wandering Spirit

Physical Moves: Spirit Shackle, Phantom Force, Shadow Sneak, Astonish, Bind, Self-Destruct, Facade
Special Moves: Night Shade, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Hex, Clear Smog, Shadow Ball, Infestation, Dark Pulse, Dazzling Gleam, Strange Steam, Heat Wave, Smog, Belch, Terrain Pulse, Hyper Beam, Snore, Round
Status Moves: Strength Sap, Moonlight, Will-o-Wisp, Haze, Corrosive Gas, Curse, Memento, Spite, Destiny Bond, Grudge, Mist, Safeguard, Misty Terrain, Confuse Ray, Reflect Type, Poison Gas, Rain Dance, Aromatic Mist, Mean Look, Toxic, Swagger, Confide, Substitute, Rest, Sleep Talk, Protect, Attract

Description: Perhaps the grimiest stall mon proposed thus far. While not the first Ghost or Poison type with some bulk, this one would be among the bulkiest and actually boasts reliable recovery, making it a straight-up wall. It would play similar to Corsola-Galar, in that it is a very bulky and passive Ghost-type, but being immune to Toxic and not being as limited by Knock Off are great boons. Neutralizing Gas is also very useful, improving many matchups. All together, it results in a balance or stall mon that prevents an instant loss to balance breakers like Aerock and Polbearab, while also being a general physical or mixed wall that matches up well against Quadringo, Nimbusteed, Cyknight, Centhorn, and others. This all comes with exploitable shortcomings, most obviously its incredible passiveness and slowness and lack of ability to do much besides try and burn things and spam Night Shade, as well as its recovery options which bring certain weaknesses. Moonlight is limited by weather and has low PP, while Strength Sap can be completely shut down by Substitute, and also might not heal as much as you think due to a relatively high 90 base HP (as opposed to Corsola-G's base 60).
Gloomurk @ Black Sludge
Ability: Neutralizing Gas
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Strength Sap / Moonlight
- Night Shade
- Will-O-Wisp
- Haze / Corrosive Gas / Toxic

Set 2
Fakemon Name: Crystelf (Crystal elf.)
Stats: 50 / 95 / 45 / 113 / 93 / 124 (520)
Typing: Rock / Fairy
Abilities: Trace / Sand Force / Sand Rush

Moves: Identical to Carbink

Description: A potent offensive mon that is also a good offensive check to Flydra, despite being one point slower than it. CM and Meteor Beam give it potent setup options and let it break through things, although it will struggle with Zoltanka, Sharm, and to a lesser extent Crypterid, since Earth Power generally won't be strong enough to break through these effectively. It overlaps a little with Regolite, but differs enough from it overall. It would also be the first real suicide lead option the meta gets, thanks to SR and Explosion. Trace would be the general use option, letting it copy useful abilities, but Sand Force and Sand Rush let it operate as the first sand sweeper as well when paired up with Sand Spit Regolite. A prevailing flaw among all its sets is pathetic physical bulk that leaves it vulnerable to the many priority users so far, even ones it resists, which leads to its absurd speed under Sandstorm thanks to Sand Rush being manageable. Still though, it would diversify the options offense gets without being too overbearing.
Crystelf @ Focus Sash
Ability: Trace
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Explosion
- Magic Coat
- Stone Edge

Crystelf @ Power Herb
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Meteor Beam
- Moonblast
- Earth Power

And the next slate...

To elaborate on the move restriction for Set 1 - if you had a Fire/Ground-type, you could have moves that are Fire, Normal, Ground, and one other type of your choice, and you can't have anything else. Didn't really know how to elaborate it simply that well.

Voting is done! With this, the mod itself is exactly halfway done.

For set 1 we have Mossy Sandwich's Dirtoad...

For set 2 we have readytolose's Crystelf, beating out Beesweet by only a single point...

And for set 3 we have Fragmented's Rancourgar, beating out Wattato by one point as well...

Not much to say here. The first set is a starter slate, and this is one where I especially hope that people would follow all four if possible, or at least the three that are obviously meant to be together. Submission phase has begun!

EDIT: Alternate forms like Ultra Necrozma and whatever Silvally type for example are okay for Set 2.

also, any rules on reposting subs?
As long as something fits at least two restrictions, you can resub stuff as much as you want, although I personally wouldn't more than once or twice unless it's either done well in voting a few times before or there's some major change that would make it more likely to get people's attention (if the meta calls for its perks more than ever, if you find a way to improve upon the sub to make it more appealing etc.).

set 1
Name: Fuegoat
Stats: 77/107/70/90/98/88 (BST: 530)
Typing: Fire/Ground
Abilities: Blaze/-/Rock Head
Flare Blitz, Flame Charge, Earthquake, Magnitude, Flame Wheel, High Horsepower, Double Edge, Head Charge, Headbutt, Quick Attack, Tackle
Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Overheat, Earth Power, Hyper Voice, Round
Universal TMs, Swords Dance, Stealth Rock, Will-o-Wisp, Curse, Milk Drink
Description: Honestly quite similar to Vulcaraptor (and now Rancourgar), but what it lacks in speed it makes up in slightly better breaking and staying power. It can help check Electrics and other Fire types including itself, while being scared out by Water and Ground types.

set 2 (Comfey)
Name: Wiifi
Stats: 51/52/90/82/110/100
Typing: Electric
Abilities: Flower Veil/Triage/Natural Cure
Movepool: Comfey's Movepool

+: Wild Charge, Spark,
-: Play Rough, Seed Bomb, Bullet Seed, Petal Blizzard, Vine Whip, Grassy Glide

+: Parabolic Charge, Volt Switch, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Charge Beam, Thunder Cage
-: Pollen Puff, Grass Knot, Petal Dance, Magical Leaf, Solar Beam, Leaf Tornado, Giga Drain, Energy Ball, Stored Power

+: Electric Terrain, Thunder Wave, Rain Dance, Work Up, Charge
-: Grassy Terrain, Aromatherapy, Synthesis, Sweet Kiss, Floral Healing, Sweet Scent, Worry Seed, Sunny Day, Calm Mind
Description: So I'm reattempting this sub, in light of how my previous sub might have been a bit overpowered for the meta. Wiifii has it's movepool pretty stripped bare. Electric STAB + Fairy coverage is just enough to hit most of the meta at least neutrally. It gets walled by Crypterid and is decently check by ground types and Volt Abosrb Aerock, or anything that can stomach a hit and fire back a strong Earthquake. Other than that, it's a real menace to offensive teams, dealing damage and healing itself at the same time before the opponent can even move. Removed Calm Mind for Work Up so that Wiifii can still be a threat, but it becomes revengeable from the special side. Honestly, it's probably still pretty busted seeing the limited number of checks and how it pretty much invalidates so many offensive mons. If someone can make a mon that can utilize Parabolic Charge better than me, I'll be happy.

set 3
Name: Fyallahar
Stats: 131/85/80/97/64/106 (BST: 563)
Typing: Ice/Fire
Abilities: Iron Fist/Flame Body/Soul Heart
Movepool:
Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Flame Charge, Rapid Spin, Rock Slide, Earthquake, Avalanche, Power-Up Punch
Blizzard, Ice Beam, Fire Blast, Overheat, Lava Plume, Flamethrower, Hyper Voice, Ancient Power, Earth Power, Solar Beam, Eruption
Universal TMs + Will-O-Wisp, Sunny Day, Hail, Aurora Veil, Mist, Scary Face, Bulk Up
Description: You probably want to run boots but then you remember we only have FOUR (4) Stealth Rockers in the meta at the moment. This guy can viably run physical set-up sets or just special AoA sets. 131 HP makes Eruption worthwhile, while Overheat or Fire Blast can work as secondary Fire STAB when you get worn down (which isn't hard to do when your defenses are 80/64). 106 base Speed is decent, but you still get outsped by stuff like Vulcaraptor and Crystelf, hell even Teslaple with Surf. You could surprise those with a Scarf set, maybe late game sweep with Soul Heart boosted Scarf Eruptions. But prior to any boost, you're significantly weaker against bulkier mons like Borassa and Abysseil. Heck, even Kapagon and Dirtoad, not the bulkiest of waters, can eat a hit and scary it back out. In addition, 106 base Speed doesn't save you from priority like Triage Drain Punch or Aqua Jet, which pretty much ruin Eruption snowballs. Physical sets could work as well, but you're going to have to decide between getting revenge killed (no Rapid Spin/Flame Charge), getting wallked by Faerenheit and Vulcaraptor (no Earthquake/Rock Slide), skipping out on Bulk Up or miss a STAB. However, given the right match up and team support, this thing can definitely get to work.

Set 1
Fakemon Name: Salamolt ("Molten" + "salamander". Salamanders also molt their skin, too.)
Stats: 80 / 75 / 75 / 115 / 100 / 85 (530)
Typing: Fire / Poison
Abilities: Blaze / No Second Ability / Pressure

Physical Moves: Flare Blitz, Poison Jab, Iron Head, Iron Tail, Fire Fang, Poison Fang, Flame Charge, Explosion, Facade
Special Moves: Magma Storm, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Flamethrower, Overheat, Flash Cannon, Lava Plume, Fire Blast, Venoshock, Heat Wave, Blast Burn, Belch, Burn Up, Fire Spin, Hyper Beam, Round, Snore
Status Moves: Encore, Disable, Shift Gear, Will-o-Wisp, Baneful Bunker, Sunny Day, Roar, Block, Corrosive Gas, Metal Sound, Gastro Acid, Copycat, Nature Power, Poison Gas, Swagger, Confide, Mimic, Toxic, Substitute, Endure, Protect, Attract, Sleep Talk

Description: A mon that kinda meets all four restrictions, or at least three of them (Pressure and Blaze each have their uses). Although it has middling stats and niche abilities, it makes up for it by its access to the reviled Magma Storm, letting it play as an offensive trapper. Unlike Heatran however, it doesn't get Taunt. Instead, it uses the combination of Encore and Disable to confound the mons it traps, with the combination being able to force mons to Struggle if it can pull it off. While this is a very potent (and fun) combo, it can be somewhat inconsistent due to Magma Storm's miss chance and requiring multiple turns and moveslots to work. The pretty low Speed as well limits use against more offensive teams. Bulky Water-types, especially Abysseil, Sharm, and Kapagon are pretty hard to trap with this strategy due to Flip Turn letting them escape from trapping. Aerock is good against it too, although you can use Flash Cannon to hit that if needed. Still though, this mons' presence forces these foes to play very predictably, lest they get Encored into an unfavourable move and beaten down. Salamolt has plenty of tech up its sleeve too, with stuff like Baneful Bunker, Corrosive Gas, Gastro Acid, and Shift Gear having various niche uses.
Salamolt @ Heavy-Duty Boots / Black Sludge
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Magma Storm
- Sludge Bomb
- Encore / Baneful Bunker
- Disable / Flash Cannon

Set 2
Fakemon Name: Dragraceful (Literally a drag queen pokemon, which is why it has Queenly Majesty.)
Stats: 72 / 110 / 72 / 50 / 88 / 118 (510)
Typing: Normal / Fairy
Abilities: Leaf Guard / Queenly Majesty / Sweet Veil
Notes: Male only

Moves: Identical to Tsareena

Description: This mon would be a way for offensive teams to check the host of strong priority users like Nimbusteed, Centhorn, Coracrab, Cyknight, and others. It has a surprisingly varied offensive movepool, with Play Rough and the mighty Mega Kick for STAB and a host of coverage and utility attacking options like High Jump Kick, Triple Axel, Knock Off, Rapid Spin, and U-turn. A good speed tier as well lets it be a very nice revenge killer and scout with Choice Scarf and U-turn. Although it is fast and has a lot of utility, it faces some shortcomings in the power department, with Normal / Fairy having common resistances and its Attack stat being only average. It is very reliant on Mega Kick to not be walled by Faerenheit and Poison types, and even then it is inconsistent and doesn't do all that much. It also has a bit of 4MSS where it would like to fit Rapid Spin and all the coverage it needs.
Dragraceful (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Queenly Majesty
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Play Rough
- High Jump Kick
- U-turn
- Mega Kick / Knock Off / Rapid Spin

Set 3
Fakemon Name: Vedastic ("vedas" + "mystic". This mon would have a strong Hindu flavour, not sure about much more than that.)
Stats: 131 / 90 / 64 / 115 / 64 / 106 (570)
Typing: Fighting
Abilities: Soul-Heart / No Second Ability / Limber

Physical Moves: U-turn, Close Combat, Brick Break, Body Press, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Rock Tomb, Spirit Break, Body Slam, Zen Headbutt, Facade
Special Moves: Secret Sword, Aura Sphere, Focus Blast, Vacuum Wave, Shadow Ball, Psychic, Extrasensory, Expanding Force, Psyshock, Hyper Beam, Snore, Round
Status Moves: Taunt, Stealth Rock, Calm Mind, Court Change, Trick, Gravity, Work Up, Bulk Up, Endure, Toxic, Attract, Confide, Swagger, Substitute, Protect, Rest, Sleep Talk

Description: A specially attacking Fighting-type has been unseen so far. This mon has some good stats overall and unique utility options in Stealth Rock, and notably Court Change as well, letting it be a non-passive, relatively fast support mon. Secret Sword is a unique and strong STAB attack that has the benefit of winning CM wars, and coupled with Soul-Heart, it can be a competent sweeper. It has a focused but flexible movepool, capable of running Choiced sets with Trick and U-turn, setup sets with CM, and supportive sets using the aforementioned moves. Although it has little coverage, it has everything it needs to hit Fighting resists, with the main shortcoming being that mono-Fighting STAB is fairly poor and its coverage options are weak. And while its stats are high in total, they are also too balanced, with speed, bulk, and power all best described as "above average".
Vedastic @ Heavy-Duty Boots / Coba Berry
Ability: Soul-Heart
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

- Stealth Rock / Court Change
- Secret Sword / Focus Blast

Movepool: Giga Drain, Leaf Storm, Petal Dance, Power Whip, Grassy Glide, Ice Beam, Freeze-Dry, Icicle Crash, Triple Axel, Ice Shard, Synthesis, Swords Dance, Weather Ball, Earth Power, Earthquake, Spikes (other typing is Ground)
Description: A fast specially-oriented cleaner or revenge killer, and Spikes setter. Its Grass/Ice/Ground moves hit a wide array of Pokemon at least neutrally, especially hitting the many Water, Flying, and Dragon types here. Vulnerable to priority moves like Mach Punch and First Impression from things like Centhorn and Cyknight, as well as Nimbusteed’s Aerilate Fake Out.

Movepool: Knock Off, Foul Play, Poison Jab, Toxic Spikes, Recover, Toxic, Spore, Taunt, Gastro Acid
Description: Like Toxapex but with a different typing and no Scald or Haze. Knock Off and Foul Play are its main attack moves but it also has Recover, Toxic Spikes, and the terrifying Spore to put big offensive threats to sleep.

Set 1
Fakemon Name
: Sparkup
Stats: 100/65/115/90/75/85(530)
Typing: Fire/Electric
Abilities: Blaze (Static)
Movepool: (Dark) Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Inferno, Will o Wisp, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Nuzzle, Nasty Plot, Dark Pulse, Snarl, Parting Shot, Fiery Wrath, Electro levitate, Foul Play, Knock Off
Description: While its movepool is only fire, Electric and Dark, its defenses aren't awful. Yes you run from anyone you assume has quake, but you might just have enough durability to land a status whether par or burn and its typing isn't awful for it can get in on Cyknight and Faernheit easily enough.

Set 2 (Ribombee)
Fakemon Name: Beesweet
Stats: 86/40/90/95/80/129 (520)
Typing: Bug/Fairy
Abilities: Prankster/Thick Fat (Own Tempo)
Moves: Ribombees
Description: Better Ribombee. It has priority defog, toxic, screens and webs. It can also set up QD and sweep... well sorta, Steel and Fire types are brutal punishment as its best coverage (Psychic) wont do too much to them. Cyknight can take a hit, 2 most likely, and KO with Intrepid STAB. Zoltanka seems custom made to counter Beesweet with Screen Clear and steel typing.
To make this not a mere C&P we have ZERO sticky web users. I'll fit it hard.

Set 3
Fakemon Name: Gunkhart
Stats: 131/41/90/110/64/106 (542)
Typing: Dragon/Posion
Abilities: Soul-Heart (Gooey)
Movepool: Universal TMs, Overheat, Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Sludge Bomb, Calm Mind, Toxic, Toxic Spikes
Description: Before you call this a more durable Naganadel, think here: This thing has no Fire Blast. If you need steel coverage, you MUST cut your SpAtk and from there it's only STAB. It's a standard Special Attacker, perhaps more of a breaker. But Soul Heart means you might be able to keep momentum once all the STAB resistors are gone. But until then... you're just going to need to have Overheat ready and hope you don't use it on the wrong switch in or you're out of there.

Fakemon Name: Vineper (Vine+Viper)
Set Number: 1
Stats: 75/115/100/65/70/105 (530 BST)
Typing: Grass/Poison
Abilities: Overgrow/(Shed Skin)
Movepool: Bind, Bite, Coil, Corrosive Gas, Crunch, Defog, Dragon Tail, Energy Ball, Frenzy Plant, Giga Drain, Glare, Grass Knot, Grass Pledge, Grassy Glide, Grassy Terrain, Gunk Shot, Iron Tail, Knock Off, Leaf Blade, Leech Seed, Pin Missile, Poison Fang, Poison Jab, Poison Tail, Power Whip, Skitter Smack, Sludge Bomb, Snap Trap, Solar Beam, Solar Blade, Spiky Shield, Sunny Day, Switcheroo, Synthesis, Tackle, Tail Whip, Toxic, Toxic Spikes, Venom Drench, Venoshock, Vine Whip, Wrap, All Universal TMs
Description: This fusion of a snake and a vine fits well in the current meta thanks to its bulk letting it survive many hits while its attack and speed are high enough to let it get KOs pretty easily. It does well against all of the tier's water and grass types and can also deal heavy damage to the fairy types. It can also switch into pokemons such as Afloof, Spiriteal, Zoltanka and Cyknight and hit them hard or cripple them thanks to Knock Off. It can also play a defensive role surprisingly well. Its decent physical bulk and decent defensive typing makes it use the tools at its disposal well. With bulk investment, it can switch-into some pretty scary threats such as Centhorn, Scimicobra, Folliclawe, Crypterid, Coracrab, Cyknight and Dirtoad. However, its defensive sets do struggle against other physical threats such as Vulcaraptor, Parakinesis, Polbearab, Nimbusteed and Rancourgar so it will need some help. With Leech Seed, Synthesis, Defog, Knock Off, Toxic Spikes and Glare, its support movepool is good enough to let it fill a solid defensive niche. A good overall pokemon that can work well both offensively and defensively.

Based off Solgaleo
Fakemon Name: Techninx (Technology+Sphinx)
Set Number: 2
Stats: 87/94/117/124/78/30 (530 BST)
Typing: Psychic/Steel
Abilities: Full Metal Body
Movepool: Ally Switch, Autotomize, Bite, Body Slam, Calm Mind, Confusion, Crunch, Dark Pulse, Disable, Doom Desire, Double-Edge, Expanding Force, Extrasensory, Flash Cannon, Future Sight, Giga Impact, Gravity, Gyro Ball, Heavy Slam, Hyper Beam, Imprison, Iron Defense, Iron Head, Iron Tail, Light Screen, Lock-On, Metal Claw, Metal Sound, Mind Reader, Noble Roar, Psychic, Psychic Fangs, Psychic Terrain, Psych Up, Psyshock, Reflect, Roar, Shadow Ball, Shadow Claw, Snarl, Stealth Rock, Steel Beam, Stored Power, Trick, Trick Room, Zen Headbutt, All Universal TMs
Description: This robotic sphinx can do a lot. Its low base speed and decent base spatk means it's one of the better Trick Room setters and abuser. Its high physical bulk and good defensive typing also let it be an alright wall, although it lacks reliable recovery. Doom Desire and Future Sight lets it support other teammates offensively. However, one of its best sets will probably be Calm Mind setup. While its base spdef isn't fantastic, after a Calm Mind boost, it becomes quite good. Paired with Techninx's high physical defense and Toxic immunity, you will have trouble taking down this behemoth if it starts setting up. Once it has enough Calm Minds up, it can run through teams easily with a super powerful Stored Power. However, because of its low speed, it can still get hit by Haze or Topsy-Turvy and, if it isn't able to one-shot the opponent, it can still get phazed. It's certainly not uncounterable, but if you want to add Autotomize in the mix, it can also become scary. Techninx is overall very versatile but with some pretty consistent counters such as Zoltanka and Sharm.

Fakemon Name: Froshade (Frost+Shade)
Set Number: 3
Stats: 131/77/64/118/64/106 (560 BST)
Typing: Ice/Dark
Abilities: Soul-Heart
Movepool: Aura Sphere, Blizzard, Dark Pulse, Disable, Fake Out, False Surrender, Feint Attack, Final Gambit, Foul Play, Freeze-Dry, Frost Breath, Hail, Ice Beam, Ice Shard, Icy Wind, Memento, Night Daze, Night Slash, Shadow Ball, Sheer Cold, Snarl, Sucker Punch, Switcheroo, Taunt, Throat Chop, Torment, All Universal TMs
Description: It's just a shadowy figure making its way through the snow. Froshade is a very dangerous offensive threat. Very few pokemons can actually survive 2 of any attacks from Life Orb Froshade. However, if the Froshade user guesses wrong, they're in a sticky situation. Faerenheit is its best counter while specially defensive variants of Borassa, Sharm and Zoltanka can also survive 2 hits from any of its attacks. Most faster offensive pokemons can survive 1 hit from one of its moves and hit back. Froshade will usually always run the same 3 moves that being Dark Pulse, Freeze-Dry and Aura Sphere. Its main customization comes from its items. It can run Heavy-Duty-Boots, Life Orb, Choice Specs or Choice Scarf. The first three items will be used more on sets aiming to wallbreak while Choice Scarf will aim to sweep late-game, working similarly to Spectrier or other Scarf Moxie users. An overall very dangerous offensive pokemon that you need to play around very cautiously.

Status: Charm, Hone Claws, Confide, Screech, Coaching, Helping Hand,
Description: A super fat support pokemon that provides a reliable Stealth Rock setter. It lacks reliable recovery so while it can keep some of our offense in check, it won't promote a stally meta. It has a good amount of options like Super Fang, Taunt, and Knock Off to cripple walls, Counter and Body Slam to scare attackers, Bulk Up to serve as a wincon vs. physically inclined teams, or Circle Throw to rack up Stealth Rock damage. It's based on a fat cat that lays on its back to bait another cat or an unfortunate hand into "attacking" its belly. Circle Throw is a vertical roll rather than a horizontal swing.

Voting has begun! Also, some unexpected but still very welcome news, Scoopapa has programmed this, and so Restrictions is now playable on Dragon Heaven! Big thanks to him for that.

Below is a sub compilation...

Timid Nature
- Stealth Rock / Court Change
- Secret Sword / Focus Blast
- U-turn
- Shadow Ball
Fakemon Name: Arctileaf
Set Number: 1
Stats: 70 / 75 / 70 / 110 / 90 / 115 (530)
Typing: Grass / Ice
Abilities: Overgrow / Leaf Guard (HA)

Fakemon Name: Shroomanita
Set Number: 2 (Toxapex)
Stats: 50 / 63 / 152 / 53 / 142 / 35 (495)
Typing: Poison / Dark
Abilities: Merciless / Poison Point / Regenerator (HA)
Movepool: Knock Off, Foul Play, Poison Jab, Toxic Spikes, Recover, Toxic, Spore, Taunt, Gastro Acid
Description: Like Toxapex but with a different typing and no Scald or Haze. Knock Off and Foul Play are its main attack moves but it also has Recover, Toxic Spikes, and the terrifying Spore to put big offensive threats to sleep.

Fakemon Name: Titanimoth
Set Number: 3
Stats: 131 / 58 / 86 / 80 / 64 / 106 (525)
Typing: Bug / Steel
Abilities: Light Metal / Soul-Heart (HA)
Movepool: Bug Buzz, Flash Cannon, Quiver Dance, Overheat, Moonlight, Air Slash, Dazzling Gleam, Defog
Description: Titanimoth has solid bulk, good base speed, a strong defensive typing, Quiver Dance, and Soul-Heart, turning into a set up sweeper and snowballer. Overheat is its main way to hit other Steel types, including opposing Titanimoth.
Fakemon Name: Bushnail (Bush+Snail)
Set Number: 1
Stats: 110-80-90-70-105-75 (BST: 530)
Typing: Grass-Bug
Abilities: Overgrow/--/Stall (Hidden Ability)
Movepool: Aromatherapy, Bullet Seed, Cotton Spore, Forest's Curse, Grass Whistle, Grassy Terrain, Ingrain, Leaf Storm, Leaf Tornado, Leech Seed, Spiky Shield, Strength Sap,Worry Seed, Bug Bite, Fell Stinger, Lung, Pin Missile, Powder, Quiver Dance, Silver Wind, Megahorn, Bug Buzz, U-Turn, Acid Armor, Baneful Banker, Coil, Poison Powder, Purify, Toxic, Sludge Wave, Sludge Bomb, Cross Poison, Attract, Bide, Cosmic Punch, Confide, Crush Claw, Cut, Disable, Focus Energy, Frustration, Helping Hand, Hyper Voice, Recover, Protect, Rage, Rapid Spin, Return, Scary Face, Rest, Sleep Talk, Swift, Work Up, Sticky Web
Description: Rapid Spinner that also acts as a pivot, a wall and a set-up sweeper, as well as a Sticky Web setter

Set 1 (Stats and Typing)

Status: Tailwind, Dragon Dance, Memento, Mean Look, Scary Face, Torment
Description: A defensive Defog user with a number of good tools like Oblivion Wing, Toxic, and U-turn. Based on a Cockatrice, presumably one with rough-looking scales. A hard counter to Cyknight that can punish its U-turns, as well.

Set 3: Readytolose's Vedastic, Scoopapa's Semilisk, kakaks's Tantrary

After playtesting the meta, I can say for sure that we seriously lack varied Stealth Rock setters and hazard removal. Scalaron is a fairly bulky defogger with good defensive utility. A reliable counter to Cyknight that also isn't super passive helps as well. Bushnail is also good since it provides a ton of utility and deals very well with Teslaple which has proven to be a massive threat. Fuegoat has rocks and healing with a good defensive typing making it a potentially good Rocker despite not being rock type. For set 2, Dragraceful provides speed control as well as a spinner and an offensive fairy type pivot. There's nothing like it in the meta atm which is why I think it would be a good addition to the format. Gordico is a non rock type rocker which is very important since all our rockers are rock type except regolite. Finally, Techninx is also a non rock type rocker. For set 3, Vedastic offers an alternative to Vulcaraptor has an offensive rocker. Court Change and fighting typing also make it unique for the meta. Semilisk is also a non rock type rocker and that's why I voted for it. Finally, Tantrary is an offensive Psychic type. I know it may look like Regolite already fills the role of an offensive Psychic type but it functions more as a Ground type so Tantrary adds something to the meta imo.
I focused on submissions that add something interesting to the format this slate. I think we need to focus more on what the meta needs from now on.
