NEW ROLES:
Slanderer. Slanders a target overnight, turning their vote during the next day into -1. Slanderer has a 0 vote by default. Solo bad. Slandering turning a vote into -1 takes precedence over witch turning a vote into 0 currently, but this is currently never relevant.
Arsehole: has a -2 vote. Solo bad. mostly created for testing purposes, could possibly create an interesting village role?

2 player: mayor vs. slanderer. It's kinda like wifom. Kinda.
NEW BEHAVIOR:
Players with no votes for them now count as having 0 votes, rather than being excluded entirely from the vote counting. I don't think this affects anything except making negative votes work as expected.

Journalist, new town role: can slander or promote at night. Slandering reduces the targets' vote to -1 the next day. Promoting increases the targets' vote to 3 the next day. Cannot self-target. Not in any setups. Possibly a more interesting replacement for mayor in some setups? Currently not in any setups.

After a few hours of tinkering, I believe that I have gotten the bot compatible with both Python 2 and Python 3. If anyone encounters any issues while it's running let me know. Python 2 users should be unaffected, but there might still be some edge cases when the bot is running on Python 3.
I have implemented this gamemode into the mafiabot script. It's currently on a branch separate from master so mothboth might not be running it but my bot, pingutron, will have it.
The "choose your own role" gamemode now has a command, !roles or /msg nick roles that will list all of the roles that are able to be chosen.
